Let me recap the poor customer service that was given to me. I was attempting to place my order with a very nice young lady at the register ordering and this white lady with a white shirt on working at the front of the sandwich making line stated “we can’t do that” then she “Faith” started making a meatball sandwich at will. However I continued placing my order with the young lady. The sandwich maker “Faith” leaned over to read my order at the cash register to notice I order a different sandwich. She then got big Mad and gave me so much attitude that the young lady ringing my order apologized. I responded “No worries. I also asked “Faith” was she ok? I am very concerned. If someone changes there order and you have problem to the point you start verbally attacking the customer. Maybe you should go home. I sit down waited for my order. I want to give grace to this lady. But rude behavior is unacceptable. I waited until I got my order and ask for the store number or the GM and was told his name Danny H. however no one could give me a number. So ask for the manager on duty. Whom informed that the sandwich I wanted had been taking off menu 4 years ago, did I want a refund? I responded that would not be necessary. I would like your staff “Faith” educated on customer service since she is one of your managers. Coached on how to lead by example. Because the young lady that help me was so apologetic to me she should get employee of the month! I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally by a white sandwich maker in my life. No I didn’t eat the food. 10/17/25 at approximately 2:20pm. I left my name and number with the Manager on Duty. Firehouse Subs Tillman’s Corner you will do better. I promise to hold you accountable. I come from a long line of first responders. My hospital and colleagues frequently order from Firehouse all over the south. I have never seen a employee at Firehouse Sub act in this manner of disrespect to a customer ever.

We walked 7:15 Saturday evening, only one other couple was in there. No greeting, just asked if we used the app. To be honest the place was disgusting. Sticky tables, sticky floors, grime all over the place. Trash in boxes piled up near the backroom door, and the whole ambience was a dgaf about anything. They got our order out in ok time, but i really wish id turned around and just left. Food was sub-par, not pleased with FH at all.

Would love to have tried the food, but we arrived an hour before close and stood there for 5 minutes without any acknowledgment from the two employees. They seemed like they were cleaning up the ingredients, but who knows. They we too busy mumbling to each other and making awkward eye contact.

I haven’t tried the food yet,I’m about to go home and eat.but the floor as some people said is not bad or dirty in here.but I don’t like,how ever much your food cost,Eg-$9.43,they’ll ask you do you wanna round it off to $10.00 dollars! Like what! And they ask everyone that lily they just want more money,smh!👎🏽

Called in advance to make sure they had gluten free bread available and was told yes on the phone. As soon as we walk in they say that they do not have any and we had to leave. Thanks a lot. Don’t call thinking they have something because they will lie to you!
