Couldn't even order our food bc they had a 30 minutes wait time due to online orders. It's absolutely ridiculous people in the store can't get service.

Talking bad about the workers and the time to get the food out when they get several and I mean several online
Orders a day before a customer even walks through the door, people mess up and that’s okay that doesn’t mean you go online and start degrading the people that work there🤣🤣🤣. And firehouse doesn’t have apple juice there’s no reason to get unreasonably upset about a little cup of apple juice.

As soon as you walked in, the floor is so nasty. The tables are nasty, they don't say anything when you walk in the door. I asked for a Turkey bacon ranch on wheat. It was on white, it had nothing on it that I asked for I mean, really you have a ticket in front of you.How hard is it to read the ticket. This is the third time now in the last two weeks.I've had issues with this place. Sunday the sixth at three o'clock. Oh, and not to mention, they need to change their gloves. You're grabbing cash from people and then you're making people's food that is disgusting!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have no idea how the food is because I went into the restaurant a little after 7:00 on a Sunday. There were two customers there, and three workers. I was told it would be at least 25 minutes before my sandwich could be made. Lost customer. Boo Tillmans Corner Firehouse.

Almost every table was dirty and the quality of the food is suffering at this location! Was also told that they are no longer allowed to give out a packet of captain sorensen hot sauce. I will NEVER return to this location!

Ordered two large subs and two kids meals. Chose apple juice as it was an option on the app. I received my food, nobody mentioned anything about the drinks. Realized both rice krispies, both drinks, and an entire sub were missing from my order. Oh well I'll just get a refund right? Nope, manager claimed he didn't know "individual price points" therefore he could offer no solution. Informed me they actually don't have apple juice. We'll why didn't you put two cups with my bag?
I contacted customer service and they said they could not issue refunds, it's up to the store manager or owner.
The manager lied to me, did not know prices or just used willful incompetence. All in all that was a terrible experience, enough to make me never go back. Thanks for ruining one of my favorite fast food places.

They were so busy..the whole team was overwhelmed. Had a new girl taking orders so my niece's sandwich was wrong..was told 25 minutes to remake it..it was just a very busy lunch time..rush!

This was my first and last visit to this location I just had a pick up first off I was immediately turned off by the customer service no one greeted you nothing and I'm amusing that was the manger sitting and eating she should be embarrassed second please stop talking over people food that is nasty and I the girls who where fixing my food just wouldn't stop talking and had the nerve to give me a greasy bag so I ask for another one then wanna give me snarky comments that I just ignored because I don't have time for children but yeah never going back. The only reason I didn't cancel my order is cause I was headed to work so better. 👎🏾

Order had no mistakes, was ready on time, and tasted great. Only issue was one of our drinks from the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine (Coke Zero) didn’t taste great. The other three drinks were fine.

Order a turkey sandwich they’ll charge you for a $17 turkey bacon ranch hold everything but the turkey. Loyal customer of firehouse and never leave reviews for businesses but yall are garbage.

This firehouse subs is racist the customer service is horrible the young black man and the Caucasian guy with the long hair was very courteous the Caucasian male with the red shirt short hair doesn't need to be in customer service his attitude towards me and his attitude towards the Caucasian couple that walked in was very different and not a good way I will never spend another dime of my hard earned money at this location, he needs to be retrained because of he can't give great customer service he needs to find a new career..
