Food order was wrong when they were cooking each receipt to order. Cashier didnt accurately ring in order & had an attitude. Was craving a good buger while visiting from out of town & didnt get it. Drink was flat from the soda machine. Awful! I threw away $22 worth of food - better that then be sick. Have better attitudes & do better! Totally unsatisfactory!!

This is the best 5 guys I’ve ever been to. The employees are super friendly, nice, and work fast. They greeted me with a smile and gave me a huge smile when I left. They seem happy at their place of employment, and provide genuinely great customer service. The food quality is great, and so are the prices.

The woman who took my order was delightful, but otherwise I have no idea why this place is so popular. Got a greasy burger on an untoasted, soggy bun, and the Cajun seasoning on the fries tasted like something out of a plastic jar bought from a discount bin. I won't be going back.

I came for a hotdogs before I leave town and couldn't get one anywhere else but here. The staff was very nice, the manager had a smile from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The cook prepared my food well! I was very happy with my visit

Walked in five minutes before close, fearful that they would be mad….but they were the nicest Two Guys you could imagine. They made my food, fresh and hot, and it was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. This was my first time eating at Five Guys and you now have a customer for life.

I didn't order a meal as their meals are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! I would NEVER pay that much for a burger or fries! However, I love the atmosphere! They seem to be very nice ppl! And the restroom was cleaner than any food establishment that I've ever been to. It smelled very nice too! My battery went dead, I was stranded. The sweet Mgr. The lady that opened that morning made sure that I got my battery charged .

Made a door dash pickup order, after placing the order we arrived 15-20min later. Was told that they didn’t have our order 3 times then stated that they had to remake our order, we then were ignored for 30 min and was told repeatedly that they were working on our order. One manager and two employees all three were high and disrespectful will never come to this five guys again.
