Made a door dash pickup order, after placing the order we arrived 15-20min later. Was told that they didn’t have our order 3 times then stated that they had to remake our order, we then were ignored for 30 min and was told repeatedly that they were working on our order. One manager and two employees all three were high and disrespectful will never come to this five guys again.

The burgers are extremely bland. You have to customize it. The fries are awesome but the price tag was more than I can tolerate. No burgers and fries are worth what they charge. I can almost tolerate the bland taste but the price is ridiculous. Don't be in any hurry. These people couldn't do a worse job at customer service. The management here should be replaced. The fact that the corporate office is oblivious to the problem at this location is stunning. I've seen eateries with a limited staff still get food out. If you are a horrible manager Five Guys has a job for you

Ate here for the first time after years of passing by and being recommended about the fries. Bacon cheeseburger was very good however i wasn't really impressed with the fries despite them being natural, still good tho. Very unwelcoming and unmotivated staff unfortunately... kind of a bummer. Milkshakes were amazing tho!
Tried to relive the good old days when 5 guys first came to mobile . Wasn’t like I remember. The hamburgers are way smaller which sucks because of the price . It was ok. Not going back . Too expensive .i got the bacon cheeseburger with a side of fries . I’m still hungry . ?

Five Guys: let’s make them stand to order, get their drinks and refills, come to the counter to get their food, charge 8 bucks for a kids burger and ask them to tip our staff. Then charge 8 bucks for a milkshake and give them free peanuts like we’re doing them a favor. (Staff was professional but didn’t do anything that warranted a minimum suggested 15 % tip) 4 little burgers, 1 medium fry, 4 waters, $44.00.
