I haven’t been to this restaurant quite a long time because the previous group of people that were working there was just downright nasty. I didn’t like to place it all and I live right down the street from it and I just absolutely refuse to go to this location and I love five guys
But today because of the promo they had going on I figure I would give it one more shot and I gotta say I was in extremely shocked. They have a whole new set of people new managers knew everything I mean, that place was spotless. The food was immaculate. You got what you paid for . I mean my sandwich. I struggle trying to finish the one sandwich the other one I have to put it up for maybe tomorrow and the amount of fries I got for what I ordered was unreal so Has they have restored my faith in five guys.

BLT would have been great but the bun was stale. I have tried it twice thinking it was just a one time thing. Tried it again and same thing. It’s like they are buying discount bread. Picked up to go order and waited at the counter for probably 5 minutes and they were not busy

Very disappointed. only ordered 2 little bacon cheeseburgers, 1 reg fries and a small milkshake which cost over $36, then noticed, while paying for fast food, the machine was asking me if I wanted to add a tip. Fast food isn't supposed to be tipped. I'm really getting tired of all these tipping issues. Then unfortunately, we live over 25 miles away and after we got home noticed they forgot the bacon. If this was the only time this had happened wouldn't be that big of a deal, but it's not the only time and because of the high cost ($36+ for 2 burger, fries and a shake) we won't be going back.

Food order was wrong when they were cooking each receipt to order. Cashier didnt accurately ring in order & had an attitude. Was craving a good buger while visiting from out of town & didnt get it. Drink was flat from the soda machine. Awful! I threw away $22 worth of food - better that then be sick. Have better attitudes & do better! Totally unsatisfactory!!

This is the best 5 guys I’ve ever been to. The employees are super friendly, nice, and work fast. They greeted me with a smile and gave me a huge smile when I left. They seem happy at their place of employment, and provide genuinely great customer service. The food quality is great, and so are the prices.
The woman who took my order was delightful, but otherwise I have no idea why this place is so popular. Got a greasy burger on an untoasted, soggy bun, and the Cajun seasoning on the fries tasted like something out of a plastic jar bought from a discount bin. I won't be going back.

I came for a hotdogs before I leave town and couldn't get one anywhere else but here. The staff was very nice, the manager had a smile from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The cook prepared my food well! I was very happy with my visit
