Best Five Guys location in town. Very clean, great food, and good workers/cooks.

Burgers were good, fries were good, but…. Sweat tea wasn’t sweetened, soda was flat. Two of the employees in the back seemed like they wanted to care and do a good job, but the woman at the register was doing a great job at confusing the rest of the crew and argumentative with those other two in the back. A fourth employee I seen walking around, not sure what he was doing. I want to like this place like I did a decade ago, but it’s hard when the prices are as high as they are and the service and such is meh.

They can start by treating their employees better. Our family will never eat at any of their restaurants again. There are plenty of places to get a burger and fries, where we know we aren't supporting a business that caters to racists.

I went during a busy time, and the cashier apologized for the short wait. The staff worked quickly and efficiently to complete my order and the others before me. I will be visiting this location more frequently.

RIDICULOUS. I entered this establishment on my own accord. After waiting in a short line in which both registers were open, I was greeted in a positive manner and forced to purchase my meal at the advertised price. $25!!! The horror!!! I could have fed my entire family at Wendy's with a coupon and told them they could only have water to drink for that! Before seating myself, I was provided the option to partake in free peanuts until my food was ready. WHO DO THESE FIVE GUYS THINK THEY ARE??? I could have been allergic! RUDE! I indulged regardless. My order number was called and I had to get it myself. Ugh. I tipped $2. This is the service I get? The hamburger was fresh and the bacon was crispy. The fries as always overfilled the bag and were hot. THE AUDACITY!!! I asked for a SMALL! After I was barely able to finish this satisfying and fulfilling meal, on my way out the door an employee YELLED AT ME "Have a nice day." How dare you tell me what kind of day to have! I do what I want!

Food is always good but me and my wife stood at the counter (there was no line) for 6 minutes without anyone even acknowledging we were there. When we asked about ordering the response was so rude, we left.

Staff was very non interested in fulfilling their prescribed duties. In defense of the person who took my order, he appeared to be a new employee, but the female employee was the basis of my rating. It was almost an attitude that she was doing me a favor to open the register so the new guy could take my order. I suggest that if you're gonna eat here, make sure you check your order for accuracy. I won't be going back to this location.
