While your cupcakes were delicious, we received poor customer service. We called and were told that only the basic flavors were available, not true. My sister called back and was then hung up on. That should have been our sign. Sent a family member in to pick up two dozen cupcakes, she was given three dozen and when she spoke up and said two only, the gentleman said that he couldn’t put them back. $108 for three dozen cupcakes is a little pricey in my opinion!

I purchased a pound cake on Saturday 5/10. I had lemon cream cheese icing added to the cake. They just rushed and put the icing on the cake, at the same time, Not realizing I forgot to tell them to write happy birthday on the cake. I called and they informed that per health department standards once the cake leave, that they can not do anything to the cake. Due to the poor customer service from the young lady at the counter, I told her I just wanted a refund. She advised me that the owner was the only one who can process the refund and that she will be in on Monday. Fast Forward I call to follow up about the situation speaking to the Owner she was nasty as well and I WILL NO LONGER RECOMMEND THE BUSINESS Or SHOP THERE.

Poor customer service! Too busy to even answer the phone. Try another bakery less busy. They are off on Mondays, Saturday Afternoons and Sundays!

Our office always buys cupcakes to celebrate birthdays. I recently made a purchase and dropped the whole box on the way to the car. They took care of me and I was more than happy to purchase another box of cupcakes on my own as it was my fault. They went above and beyond and not to mention the cupcakes are fantastic!
