I have been here several times and have purchased the vanilla with the butter crème icing. I also recommend several others to this bakery because I like the cupcakes and the service. Well my nephew want there to purchase some cupcakes for his son's birthday which was not good. He ordered a Spider-Man cupcakes that were not good. The red icing has an aftertaste and the ice was thicker than usual. The kids did not eat the cupcakes because they didn't like it. I called to try to get a redo or see what can be done, she stated "there is nothing she can do, because she will lose out on money. She also stated no one never mentioned that the red icing had an aftertaste. She was talking so loud that I heard a customer so that's all they do." What you mean? That was an insult!! Also them cupcakes was 92.00!! So she want make it right and I'm out of 92.00!! So I will not be going back there anymore!! Just sad

A little late reviewing them but they did our cake when my wife and I renewed our vows and our cake was amazing! Prices are reasonable and they know how to make a cake! Their cupcakes are wonderful too!

Wasn’t going to complain, but money is money now days, and I called the next day about a cake I purchased. These folks, are not going to do anything about your order that wasn’t good at all, ordered a wedding flavor birthday cake, which is almond flavor, with Arizona type colors, neutrals with a cactus on it, Didn’t get none of that, which I can live with, but the flavor of the icing was absolutely overwhelming. It was so strong it smelled like perfume tasted like perfume. Got a few cupcakes which they were good, but you think they would of offered something in return, I would of brought the cake back, but the lady just hung on the phone not offering nothing for the awful cake. You guys could do better!!!! Thanks for nothing!!!!

We have ordered from Flour Girls twice now and I will never use any other bakery. Our guests raved about the cake and cupcakes and everyone asked me who we ordered them from! They were delicious and adorable. They do a great job and I can’t wait for the next birthday so I can order from them again ?

I do not live in Mobile anymore but EVERYTIME I visit, I have to stop here and get some sweets. The lady has always been SUPER sweet to me. She’s so kind and her energy is radiant. The sweets are delicious - the lemon bars are soooo good
