Staff is polite and food is usually good. I've had this several times now and it is pretty consistent. Burgers are always tasty, as are the fries and custard products. My only slight complaint is the cheese curds are salty. I've tried twice now and they are just too salty. They are still edible but I end up having to share them because I can't finish them because of it. I think I'll ask if they salt them when they come out and ask them not to.
Either way it's a good option and I'd compare them to somewhere like Steak and Shake, Culver's, or Dairy Queen to give you an idea of the menu items.

Ordered a kids chicken tender meal and a large fry. Person at the window gave us our bag, snickered and we drove away. When I got to where I could open the bag, I realized they left out the chicken…so I only had fries to feed my kids and no chicken. I tried to call to let them know, but phone line is busy.

Workers had an attitude and were making gestures at each other. No one said thank you. Worker argued with me that I had already gotten my cup when I clearly had not. Black curly hair on top of the cheese on my burger sealed the deal. 25 dollars wasted and wont be back.

Love everything about this store except the huge uphill bump turning in the parking lot. This needs smoothing out.
Keep up the friendly service and hot, fresh food. Good management seeing things are done right!

This place is amazing, small, but amazing. Food was great, the staff were so welcoming and nice, and the wait for service was non-existent! The girls on custard worked so hard and the managers were nice as well. 10/10!!

Super friendly staff, very clean environment, and the pickup for online orders is a breeze. My go to is the California style burger and its hot and fresh every time. Custard is always proper with the right consistency and flavor.
