Great food, even better staff. And video games and pinball. What more do you want?

Awesome place esp if you like old pinball machines.

Downtown on Daupin. Good bar, eclectic menu, great hamburgers, good service. Don't love it when its crowded, so I don't go in, but when it's not it's fun. They have old style pinball and video games.

Quite a bit of pinball machines and games from the 80s and 90s. All take quarters. Good beer selection too.

Leave it to Mobile, right? Great idea, but when you put the rudest, most laconic bartenders in a place crafted around fun and games, it falls flat. I've never felt so unwelcome or unwanted. "Do you have your ID?" That was the extent of the greeting. We were offered zilch (drink specials, suggestions, food). We were offered plenty of surliness and over-priced (almost b-list) games. Go ahead and close up, so yet another bar can try the corner. I mean what's the big deal--you're half-dead already, right?

What a cool idea right in the heart of Mobile's entertainment district! I haven't had a chance to try the food yet, but the pinball machines are great. Some of the game prices seem a little high, but that doesn't stop me from dropping in a few quarters every time I'm downtown. The inside is clean, and the bartenders have always been very nice. Kids can enjoy the games until a certain time (around 9 I think).

Fun place, even if you're not playing any games, the atmosphere is alive with the arcade games. The afternoon bartender was a little uniformed of the beers on tap, but very friendly.

Love this Pub. I’m a big retro gamer and they have a lot of arcade cabinets set up. If you just wanna relax and play while having a drink at the bar there is also SNES and NES classics ready to play.

Best NYE I've had in awhile. Food was great... Get the rangoons... Service was awesome and friendly. Not too crowded, lots of games. Great downtown location! 100%would go again.
Great games, fairly cheap! Need change/cash. Family friendly until 9, definetly will be back

Glad to see Mobile get a bar with a unique twist to it. Loved the older arcade games they had. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 based on experiences I have had in similar bars. The owner should consider installing cup holders on the side of the machines. I have never been to a “beercade” before where you had to pay to play, since they’ll end up making more off drink sales if people are encouraged to stay longer. Having bar tenders handle drinks and change for games seemed to slow things down. Overall, it was a fun experience though, and I would recommend it!

The Dodd was above average, but the feel of all the old games around me and when I played them brought me back.
