Great American Cookies

Very accommodating!! Paula and the manager were both very attentive to my order and even called to confirm the customized message. Delivery scheduled in a timely manner and cookie design was perfect and looked so good. Would highly recommend!

I ordered a cookie cake and ordered from the wrong location. The staff was so nice and immediately started on my order while another employee called another store and yes it was my mistake. They had my cookie cake done in no time and did it all with a smile!

Awful!!! So dirty and three people doing nothing! It was nice when you first opened and the price for what you are getting is ridiculous!! Never going back! The stone to mix on was gross!!!

Need to hire employees that actually care to serve people. Very rude and seems aggravated to have to make your ice cream.

Just did a pick up order and neither of the ice creams were what we ordered. I know mistakes happen, but double check before making them. The cheesecake Sunday with choc syrup I ordered had NO cheesecake, just nuts and cherries already drove home and had to throw it out.

Stood in line for 9-10 minutes only because the staff was not on one accord. There was one cashier took care of 4 customers mean while 2 other staff look up and just continued to roll cookie dough. No I will be with you in just a moment or nothing . It was like customers did not exist.

Me and my boyfriend are loyal customers and this one female seems to always avoid serving us so today (night) her and another lady was the only one working and she had no other choice but to serve us she was very rude didn’t greet us. I do think it’s was discrimination because when people of her color order what they want she gives amazing service.

This was the absolute worst service I've ever experienced in my life. They wouldn't write Happy Birthday on $38 birthday cake... Then I called up and I asked for the manager she refused to give me her name and she said it's not their policy to give out their personal information... Completely rude they don't give care about customer service and if I were the owner I would fire your whole entire staff and start over. So disappointing. completely ruined my celebration ..these people are complete jerks when it comes to customer service.. Whoever's claiming to be the manager I would totally Fire them ,because that's ridiculous . it's very ridiculous behavior.. If I chance you are the owner reading this please contact me.. My store is called gypsy market 72.. And I can teach you guys about customer service thank you..

The three girls that were there on 11/11/22 working the night shift were rude and whispering to eachother while staring at the customers. Get better employees!!!

One person working, another came from back of restaurant when the line was out the door. Began serving customers at the cal of the line. Smh. Where is management? If you can’t hire people over 16 and don’t except your business to be successful without leadership.
