We live in Atlanta so we frequent Hell Yeah but recently found out that Guncle’s won #1 for GF bakery in the country. So when we were on a trip to Fairhope, we had to check it out for ourselves. DID NOT DISAPPOINT! It was amazing. The owner and chef were so nice and friendly. The treats were fantastic. I was surprised by how much I loved the chocolate chip cookies. Don’t sleep on them! I ordered my mother a Birthday cake from here . I must say it was delicious I ordered her the Baodacious Berry Cake . My gosh the icing was everything and the cake was delicious. I give it a 10/10 . The cinnamon roll melts in your mouth it was delicious ? I will be returning.

Always amazing. Everything I have ever had is top tier baked goods and for it to be gluten free is phenomenal. Most gluten-free cookies tend to be dry and crumbly. Not Guncles. I don’t know how they do what they do or what magic they possess, but I'm sure glad they are there!

I've tried just about all brands of GF bread, and I just cannot do the taste/texture, which was just another bummer added to having to go GF, since I LOVE bread. I picked up a loaf when I bought my king cake (which should be a raving review all on its own). When I say this was the BEST bread I've ever tasted, I mean I ate it down to the heels, all on my own, and then made croutons out of those last two pieces. I consider the oatmeal cream pies a form of "self-love" and have zero shame in that they don't make it home from my hr long drive from this place. On top of everything being so so yummy, the bakers & owners are just great. So informative and so kind. ♡ This place really is something special.

I found this place by accident while traveling and everything is amazing. Absolutely the best cookies and cinnamon rolls that I've had since getting diagnosed with Celiac many years ago. Looks like I will be finding excuses to go back to Mobile soon.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
I have Celiac so this place has made me so happy! I've tried most of their items and my favorite is the oatmeal cream pie. For Mardi Gras I got the Kings Cake and many people who celebrated with me preferred it over the kings cake with gluten! I definitely recommend getting a full size cake from Guncles. The people here are extremely kind and friendly, and they serve great coffee with their treats. It's a nice place to study inside or outside because it's pretty quiet.
