Usually a huge fan of Hardee’s it’s cheap and I frequented it when I lived in Florida, just moved to mobile this is my first time at one in Alabama. I came to redeem my birthday reward I always have and my problems didn’t even start there. Everything I tried to order was followed by “oh we don’t have that” I wanted onion rings, didn’t realize they got discontinued no biggie, tried to pick my drink cherry coke as advertised on the menu in my face of pictures I’m looking at “ we don’t serve cherry coke” when I responded I saw it on the menu I just got “oh okay your total is $14” no response no I’ll meet you at the window. When I get to the window I show my code and get told “our location doesn’t do rewards” I had one for a free burger it’s the whole reason I came, I was disappointed but still paid. Afterwards the lady continues walking away as I try to hand her my card ext.. when she does take my card the gives it back and my food quickly didn’t even give me my straw and ran away, I sat there repeating “can I have my straw” like 5 times before finally a manager I assume came and handed it to me. While ordering I asked for honey mustard for my friend and she charged me for it and after checking my bag I had to walk back in just to go get that as well. 0/10 experience and I will not come back to this location. My statement to Hardee’s is yes one bad employee will ruin your store and keep people away. She should be fired. She never said a single nice thing to me not even have a good day. Running away is pathetic.

No one in drive through line no one in establishment takes our order and then have us park in the parking lot and wait 30 minutes for food be prepared to wait very poor management!

The service was disappointing. The fries were served cold and mushy. I brought them back for a remake and asked the manager if she would be satisfied with receiving fries in that state, handing her a sample. She claimed there was nothing wrong with them and declined to remake them. As a result, we left, threw away our food, and went to Steak and Shake. Regrettably, this is not an isolated incident at this location.

This is a great location!! Love Hardee's Pork Chop Biscuit!! You can get it with gravy or without.... either way it's the best porkchop biscuit I've ever had!!

This Hardee’s was the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in. It smelled clean also. The employees were very accommodating and super nice. Thank you the Frisch burger. It’s the best hamburger ever.
