The quality of the food was okay, and i did not have to wait very long to order. I felt like one of the workers was going to rob me in the bathroom, and he didn't wash his hands before he left and went back in the kitchen. Counter service was good. They took my order and made the food as requested. It was not an exceptional experience for me. I dont think i will be back to visit. The creepy employee not washing his hands was a major turn-off.

The wait time at this place is Insane! I can go to other Hardee’s and may have to wait a little but not here. You will have your food fresh and hot in two blink.

Horrible customer service 😔. We are on a road trip about to head home to Texas and wanted to stop for breakfast on the go. We went through the drive through 8:50 AM on May 20, 2025 and was met with the rudest cashier. We began to order the #2 biscuit combo, the sausage biscuit combo, blueberry biscuits with no combo, and a side of hash browns for my young child. She told us it was a combo, but we said we didn't want the combo, we just wanted it on the side. Then she began to say she was just gonna charge us full price for the combo anyway. So, we just pulled off, there is no way we're going to argue with anyone where we are spending our money. We drove to another establishment and will be sure to avoid this business in the future.

That is undoubtedly the worst hamburger I've ever spent my money on. It was dry as the Mojave desert it was hard as granite Stone and it was cold as an ice cube.

Rude. Rude. Rude. Literally repeated an order back to me, but rang it up wrong and when questioned about it there was nothing but attitude and rudeness. No receipt given to verify what I ordered or what was actually rang up and the wench just wanted to argue. I really should not be surprised or expect anything morning given the type of person she clearly is, I guess. Oh and it’s like pulling teeth when you ask for a napkin. Just one napkin. 🙄

Biscuits gravy are the best I've had in years. Service is exceptional, 1 of the few fast food places that appreciate you coming there, they show it even at the drive-through. Very courteous and fast, never wait very long at all.

I absolutely LOVE MY HARDEES #1407 on Moffet Rd, in Mobile, AL! The staff ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make my LOW CARB 🍔 (for people who can’t have bread, the burger is wrapped in 🥬 lettuce). The sweet drive thru lady took my order and told me they are no longer offering low carb burgers on the menu! PLEASE RECONSIDER the LOW CARB Option!!!

Eat at thos Hardee's!!! Worrh it! So worth it!!! It's a little bit busy for their awesome breakfast, but so worth it. Your food is cooked to order, so there no stale brick-bat hard burger. So far, everyone I've come in contact with has been really nice. Eat at this Hardee's!!!!
