I have come here for breakfast since I was a little girl, over 35 years. No other day food breakfast place cones close to Hardee's. Their cinnamon raisin biscuits are the absolute best, I'm so glad they brought them back. I have raised my own children on Hardee's. The ladies that work here are so nice and treat you as family.

The manager “mr Reginald” is the nicest man to everybody there. Allways has a smile on his face. Makes me wanna eat breakfast there everyday. Hes definately an asset to Hardees.

Hardee's breakfast is always good. Chicken filet biscuit and Sausage biscuit are our usual orders. Never a bad visit ever. Extremely friendly staff and quick drive thru. Definitely worth the drive to the Schillinger Road location.

Every time we have eaten here in the last month or so, we have become exceedingly ill. The chicken biscuit is either burnt or undercooked, with a pink center. The biscuits smell so sickly sweet from when they had their candied bacon stuff going on. I think we're done with this place.

The cashier this morning (9:15ish) was the rudest I have ever come across. Rolling her eyes at customers in front of me, slamming down the receipt, drawer, and change, huffing all over the place, and just overall an unpleasant person. Everyone was being patient and just asking their order, but she went out of her way to be obviously rude.

Stood at the counter for a few minutes while someone was counting money in the register drawer. Several employees walked by and finally he looked up at me and yelled to the back for someone to come to the front. A girl sauntered from the very back slowly. When she got to the register she just looked at me. She asked him to activate her register. When he did she just continued to stand there. Never asked “can I help”, “what do you want”… nothing. Later, at the counter, four employees literally were surrounding me as one employee was ordering her lunch. A young man brought me my tray and as I asked for jelly and ketchup he just walked away. I stood there as the other employees joked and had a good time until finally the man counting the money drawer asked, “you need something else boss man?” Fountain drinks are missing most of their labels as indicated in my pictures. I love Hardee’s food but this location goes the way of the manager, as most places do. Bad management=bad experience. This particular location is up and down all through the year. You only get that 3rd star because I am obsessed with those sausage biscuits.

Steak biscuit dipped in the sausage gravy was tasty. The hash brown rounds were thrown away... Old grease taste (it had always been good in the past???)

I've eaten breakfast here many times and the food and service has always been excellent. The gentleman managing the morning crew is personable and you can see that he leads and manages his team. This morning (7/18/24) the young lady at the counter (Tylandria?) was very nice and helpful. I'm hard of hearing and she leaned forward enough and spoke clearly so I can hear her. Thank you! The value and quality of the food is very good. They are doing a great job here.
