Fries were cold. Inside was dirty. Crumbs on a table from who knows when. Front window was nasty dirty. One of the drink dispensers was broken and not labeled.This visit was a one and done! That's the 2nd Hardee's I've tried in several years. Same results.

I ordered the large ham and cheese sandwich combo. The fries were good. The sandwich was horrible. No layers of ham. More like a ham pate. Ham paste. Slimy and mushy. I received a refund for the sandwich. The bread was stale. Barely any cheese. This was the first time I had this sandwich since I was a kid and this ain't it.

I usually get breakfast but it is hit and miss as to when they are open in the mornings. They obliviously don’t go by any posted schedule. As much as I hate to I may will have to find a more reliable option for breakfast.

I usually get an egg & cheese biscuit & hash brown every Saturday, never had any major issues, today i picked up my usual breakfast, came to work to find out out that the hash browns were missing. I called the store numerous times, no one answered. There was a different person in drive-thru today! The Store manager needs to be aware of the performance of the staff. I have been charged for something that I did not receive. I am very disappointed.

Always a great day at Hardee’s on Schillinger. Reggie manager is keeping this place in line and always smiling and taking time to talk to customers. I’ve never had a bad or wrong order here. Biscuits are great! We come here at least 3 times a week. The entire staff has a good attitude and the place is clean. Step in and slow down and enjoy your meal in house w Reggie and staff.

It's sad that 90% of restaurants are sad shadows of the quality and customer service of just 20 years ago... today it seems that as soon as you walk in or drive through... you are seen as an inconvenience for wanting to be their customer... I miss the days when people used to be thankful for having a job and being taught that without customers... they'd have no job... entitlement is literally a virus killing the things we once loved.It'd be wonderful if people just paid us money to exist... but that isn't how life works. Maturity, gratitude and even healthy joy in a job well done... are oddly becoming dinosaurs of the past.
