The shift manager (Ivy) was very rude, very unprofessional, yelling at customers and we waited over 45 mins for 2 chicken tenders orders this was in the middle of lunch everyone in the restaurant had to wait over 30 mins on their orders because she is not management material ot fit to work in public. She does not need to be in a leadership role. I'm sure corporate will here from several of the customers in the restaurant today. The crew was great the food was great the manager does not need to be there at all with the way she talks to people. Thank u for reading

I met one of the owners at the store down on D.I.P. on Friday night had a nice conversation with him...and found out some of the reasoning behind closing on sundays...then the eventual reopening on sundays...he really cares about the people that work for the company....the chicken was good and hot also...👍🏾

Hart's Fried Chicken 🍗 is one of the best chicken joints here in Mobile the spicy chicken is the best and the sweet tea and strawberry soda to go with it is Bustin

I don't get to eat here often as I would love to, but when I do, they never disappoint. The chicken is always hot, and they have the best coleslaw. If you're trying to monitor your cholesterol or your blood pressure, this is not the place for you. The food here is taste amazing

I went to harts at 11:00am Sunday morning. When they opened we waited to be served and the young lady didn't even say hi, to me that means she isn't about customer service she is what we call a order taker. The floor was so sticky I thought A was going to walk out of my shoes cause the floor was so sticky. The soda machine was not even set up we had to aks someone to set it up. If it wasn't for that fact that the food is good I'd go elsewhere. I was the second person thru the door and it's now been 30min. I have watched people after I ordered get their food. All I ordered is 2 2pcs with tots that took 34min. Unexceptable. I will be calling corporate office. When I asked to speak to the manager she came upfront and jump on the register and never said a word to me.

If you're looking for Southern fried chicken and some good soul food this is the place. Chicken was a magical experience for my taste buds. The team behind the counter was very welcoming and friendly. Food came out quick and was hot. Get the spicy and thank me later.
