I don't get to eat here often as I would love to, but when I do, they never disappoint. The chicken is always hot, and they have the best coleslaw. If you're trying to monitor your cholesterol or your blood pressure, this is not the place for you. The food here is taste amazing

I went to harts at 11:00am Sunday morning. When they opened we waited to be served and the young lady didn't even say hi, to me that means she isn't about customer service she is what we call a order taker. The floor was so sticky I thought A was going to walk out of my shoes cause the floor was so sticky. The soda machine was not even set up we had to aks someone to set it up. If it wasn't for that fact that the food is good I'd go elsewhere. I was the second person thru the door and it's now been 30min. I have watched people after I ordered get their food. All I ordered is 2 2pcs with tots that took 34min. Unexceptable. I will be calling corporate office. When I asked to speak to the manager she came upfront and jump on the register and never said a word to me.

If you're looking for Southern fried chicken and some good soul food this is the place. Chicken was a magical experience for my taste buds. The team behind the counter was very welcoming and friendly. Food came out quick and was hot. Get the spicy and thank me later.

Very good southern fried chicken and sides. Reasonably priced and always cooked fresh to order! Be prepared to wait because it’s literally cooked to order.

I would give it a higher rating but they boxed my chicken first. It was cold by the time they got everything else ready.

Waited 30 mins and food came out Luke warm you would think if you got to wait that long it would be fresh

Love the taste of the food.. they just don't ever cook it how i order it if i order spicy is not.. it's a extra cost for well done and it never is okra is too soft chicken soggy

This particular location was very disappointing to me because whenever I'm in Mobile I definitely like to stop and hearts. The chicken was not very warm. The fries were undercoat and inside the restaurant was not clean as it should be. Very disappointed

I visited hearts on a Saturday night at 9:00 p.m. they were out of spicy chicken and said that they were not frying anymore because they closed at 10:00. I don't know how long it takes to fry chicken but if you have a whole hour to service people why wouldn't you make sure you have what you need. ( just saying. )

The flavor of the food was good. Wish they had strained the chicken because it was un-normally greasy 😕. Plus, for the wait, it wasn't hot, and we got takeout. We checked it before leaving out the door, but I didn't feel like waiting any longer. The ladies working were nice but looked exhausted. I even asked one if she was o.k. because she looked tired and she advised yes, that she was well rested but stated that lots of people had been telling her the same thing.
Also, the store wasn't dirty, but it didn't look clean in the lobby, almost like if you ripped the tables with a dirty greasy rag or mopped the floor with a dirty mop Just streaky.
