5 stars exclusively to old shell store. However, Springhill store drive thru employee need job like the rest of us, but really need to be on bathroom and outback throwing out the trash. If she still employed there, it would be a big surprise. I visited 4 times and each time it was her. So, I stopped going there.

Girlfriend and I ordered chicken hibachi and the food was ready in 10 minutes, on the way home(5 minutes) we both made a comment about the food smelling weird and when we got the food home and had the first bite we both looked at each other and said it was disgusting. We got back in car and went and got something else for dinner, very disappointing.

The cashier was friendly. However, it smelled of acetone because of the nail salon next door. It took my appetite. And made my eyes water. The wait was too long. I ordered the special of the day. General chicken over noodles. The chicken had a good sauce(taste) but was over cooked.

Greeted warmly by the cashier who is soooooo sweet. She had the biggest smile on her face. She asked if I knew what I wanted? Of course I didn't but was trying to scan menu board. She went over the menu board and explained as well as gave me her personal suggestions. Although my first time? Definitely not my last time. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!!Did I mention the great yum yum sauce? Sooo good.

I just tried Hibachi Express on Old Shell Road and I was excited for my food but I soon learned the food took FOREVER. I was told they were short staffed which I was okay with. But finally my food came out and it was a teriyaki chicken bowl but dry which I was not okay with. I would not recommend this establishment to anybody that wants fast food that’s actually good and NOT DRY. They will never get my money again unless they change their dryness. P.S. They gave me no teriyaki sauce for a teriyaki chicken bowl. Unacceptable!!!! The line was packed up with about 4 or 5 cars behind me. I had a BAD experience today about an hour ago.

Ordered via Grubhub and the delivery was an hour. Warm when it arrived but chicken and shrimp was dry and rice was mediocre at best. Crab Rangoon was very dry with very little cream cheese in them. I have to say I was craving some hibachi but I won’t dare pay $50 again for two dinners and a appetizer that was that bad. Maybe just one bad experience but I don’t think I’ll try it again. Sorry guys, gotta do better for the prices you are charging. ???.

I'm a little irritated that even if I ordered beforehand I still have to wait at the drive through. What was the point of ordering beforehand if I still have to wait??? They don't bother to tell you its drive through ONLY and no pick up. Definitely not coming back. Absolutely a disaster

Never again. I don't mean this location but Hibachi Express as a whole. This was my second time trying it out and, no. This time I tried the shrimp hibachi. It's so far from real hibachi, it's not even funny. It's definitely stir fried rice and shrimp, but mostly in soy sauce. There's no onion, garlic, oil that's detectable. All I tasted was salt. I'll give them one thing, you sure get a lot of rice for the price. It's a filling lunch for a small price.
