our food was actually sm better than we were expecting from a place with the word “express” in the name, rice was perfect, chicken and shrimp perfect, steamed dumplings perfect, and on top of that the service was good and the food was infact out less than 10 minutes after we ordered for all 4 of us!!

Ordered hibachi full order chicken. Chicken was raw! They took the chicken back and recooked it then placed back on the same plate that had the raw chicken on it! When I told them I didn’t want that and wanted my money back they said they don’t give out refunds! Me and my family have been eating here for years! Definitely will not be back!!!

Got the Habachi Steak and Chicken and a Pork egg roll. Food had good flavor and came out hot. Service was excellent and food didn't take long to come out.

Customer service is excellent. They take your order pretty quickly and are friendly. Prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes, which are quire large. Dining area was experiencing what seemed to be a leaking roof during a storm, and the smell of disinfectant was fairly strong but not overpowering. Good prices, plenty of food, and great customer service from friendly people.
