Me and my family went and we didn’t feel welcomed . Felt like they were being racist towards us , they also took a long time to serve us , people that walk in after us and went to the bar got served first . Afterwards it felt awkward so we decided to leave .

Not as busy as back in the day during Hooters heyday. The Food at this location in Mobile Alabama Airport Blvd is terrific , tasty and fresh. The service is good and the place is clean.

The food wasnt bad, but you could tell they weren't running on all cylinders. Our waitress was kind, but seemed a little too interested in a table behind us with someone she seemed to know. The wings were definitely not drained properly when tossed, as the breading and sauce seemed a little more congealed than normal. All in all, the location seemed clean and properly managed, but definitely seemed to be understaffed in the kitchen and needed some more attention paid to their wait staff. Will definitely return as food was still great and service was not terrible.

Had Gracie as my server! And nothing but the best service! Made our visit great with cutting up and laughing with me and our group! Definitely recommend her! Always checked on us and made sure everything was great! If anyone’s interested in coming here make sure to ask for Gracie!
The wings and shrimp were a hit like usual. Hooters has the best wings, hands down, but the price on their wings, which inflated during Covid when they did doors pickups, I get, but why they are still inflated, I don't understand almost 2 dollars a wing. Smh. I can go to a grocery store and purchase a family pack of large chicken breasts raw for $12.00 to $13.00, depending on the store. This pack consists of 20 full wings. So when cutting them into sections and they still call them wi as when they are not. Now you have 40 wing sections and only spent 12 to 13 dollars. Go to hooter and get a 20 piece for about $30.00 +. I understand they are cooked and rolled in sauce. Then you get 1 small ranch dipping sauce no matter to if u get a 10 PC or 20 PC. Lol.. I still buy them occasionally because they are good, and I buy extra ranch, but it's no 5 star meal. We had a good dine experience because we had a good server, but the booth seats are busted and torn. Makes you wonder where the money is going from the inflated wings. We used to frequent here once are twice a week. Now we might go twice a year and normally for take out.
Had a VERY old gift card, so old that the 1800 number to check the balance was out of service and it was purchased in another state. There is no way for Hooters to just check a balance without running it. The servers were happy to run it for $1 to see if it was still active and it was. My husband gave it to me ages ago after his father gave it to him and my husband said he'd never go without me so I may as well hold onto it and it came in handy on the last leg of a road trip where we were tired of fast food. All the servers were happy and smiling, manager was SO sweet. Loved this location - we are from Clearwater where the original first Hooters location is and the positive attitudes in Mobile Alabama put the Florida girls to shame!!!! Keep on rocking it, ladies! 💜💜💜💜💜
Kid-friendliness: Brought my 13 y/o son with me at 9pm after a long day on the road.... It wasn't a problem at all even though we were the only "family" in the joint that late. They made him feel very welcome. 🤣🤣🤣

The hospitality at these Alabama restaurants are a lot better than that one Hooters in Hatisburg. One rude bartender, Alexis, accused me of trying to steal her pen! She ruined an otherwise pleasant Mississippi visit. But the visits in Mobile were a lot sweeter. I recommend visiting any Hooters along the Gulf, and avoiding the one in Hatisburg.
Dietary restrictions: Instead of just eating beef tacos, the Hooters in Mobile, Alabama has the options of chicken tacos, and fish tacos. For the fish tacos, there's an option for grilled fish tacos, as well as fried fish tacos.
