I didnt get food because the server for my section never came to ask me for drinks. It took me to walk back up to the host to ask for service. Elena came to help but didnt seem to want to help because it wasn't her section. No wonder this company is falling apart... can't even get the customer service part correct. Total of 20 customers with 5 girls on the floor. Pathetic! Literally the worst Hooters I've ever been to!

We visited this restaurant for lunch yesterday. The waitress was polite but somewhat inattentive; she didn't check on us for quite a while and only refilled our drinks after we asked. Our food took about 45 minutes to arrive, despite the restaurant not being busy at all. The menu prices seemed a bit high for the portion sizes, although the servings were generous. I noticed that the salad wasn't particularly fresh—there were brown spots on the lettuce, and it contained very little chicken. However, my husband and I really enjoyed the bone-in wings; they were flavorful and cooked well. The children's plates were sizable, which was convenient. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were in poor condition, with visible dirt on the floors and overall neglect, which made the place look unkempt, especially since it was only 12pm and the bathrooms were already in bad shape.

The girl took our order we waited an hour for cold food she was busy entertaining people at bar she could check on our order that had been ready for over an hour . 0 stars very horrible service . If I could give 0 stars I would !

Service was horrible and the bartender had a terrible attitude
Horrible. Kitchen staff cursed the whole time. Waited 40 minutes for food. Even the server kept apologizing. Then the manager came and it got worse. She was part of the problem and didn’t want to take accountability. HER NAME WAS MS SHAY or something like that. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK
