My first time having Hungry Howie's as I'm not from the area but it was recommended to me. I got a pepperoni pizza with italian herb crust and some boneless wings, both were fine. Pretty standard chain pizza, maybe a step up from pizza hut. The food was ready fast, online ordering was easy and the staff was super friendly.

Location seems sketchy. Placed our order over the phone. We’re disappointed to know they had no gluten free anything even though the menu has that option. When we arrived to pick up the order we got 2 sauces per sandwich. When we asked for more we were confronted with a $.50 per packet charge. I’m sorry, but 2 packets isn’t enough for a large sandwich. The wings were frozen chicken nuggets!

I order a Italian sub it had no pepperoni on it .I call back and spoke to the district manager of the store to let her know it was missing pepperoni on the sub sandwich she argued with me that there was pepperoni on the sub and iam telling her it's not.I ask for a refund she said they don't give refund.I never seen a business that doesn't give your money back if you not satisfied with your food.She offered to remake it .But with her nasty attitude.I didn't want her to make it ove for me .Iam a manger I never argued with a customer .. Because at the end of the day the customers suppose to be very satisfied with there food.

On 9/7/23, I ordered a salad, a small size pizza and a 20oz bottle pepsi to be delivered to my home. My pizza and salad was delivered but my drink was MISSING!! ? I didn't discover it was missing until the delivery driver had already left.Please check and make sure your order is correct and complete before the delivery driver leaves.

Ordered a salad (chef's) it was some lettuce, onions, ham & a teaspoon of cheese. I asked if they were out of tomatoes; they said no. Then I asked why were they not on the salad. Was told maybe she forgot and she could put some in a cup. With an attitude she said "do you want the tomatoes or not"??The manager was just as nasty.I didn't even want the salad after that.
