They Don't use Gloves on their hands at this location. Workers sneezing all over the kitchen. The kitchen was filthy. The health department really needs to look into this location. Go down the street to Papa John's they actually use gloves when preparing food and they wipe their kitchen down

Please take the sign down that says currently hiring, apply within. I took my daughter there before the Fourth of July. The guy behind the counter said that location wasn’t hiring and didn’t offer to tell my daughter what location was hiring, seems rather discriminatory.

Placed order to be delivered . Was rudely told that we do not deliver that far ( 4 miles) which I have had many orders delivered in the past. The female taking my order was very rude this was Wednesday June 4, @8:40 pm..Hungry Howies I. The past had the best salads and subs. But this was horrible.Presentation is so important when preparing food. My salad looked like they emptied the onion bowl in my salad. This was horrible food and horrible customer service .

Walked in to place a to go order. Placed my order for a steak Calzone or whatever they call it. Girl takes my money, tells me it will be about 10 minutes, and I sit down to wait. After nearly 10 minutes, a guy comes out of the back and tells me that they are OUT OF STEAK! WTH???!!! I asked for my money back and got back less than what I had paid! They said they did not have a receipt to look at! Again...WTH??!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE COME EITHER!!
The best place I ever went to was free and gave me a 100 dollars gift card

Terrible customer service! Placed a delivery order paid for extra sauces. Also got cheese bread which comes with a sauce. Pizza got to the house no sauces. Called to get credit for next time just to basically be called a liar. Rose the manager apparently said she packed them herself. Maybe she did but they weren't delivered with my order. Rose was very rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed in this Hungry Howie's. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Cottage Hill location is my fave! Everyone is always super courteous. My only complaint is when ordering online and I want to sub an item you are charged $1.50 as if you're adding an additional topping when you're not.
8/12/24. Wow been ordering with this location forever because it’s close to my house but these past 2 orders the service sucks they are just hiring anyone and pizza was soggy Salty burned pieces
