I like the cookies but the customer service is terrible. They just work; do the actual job description. Like, job description says put cookies in box, that's all they do. They're just doing the job. I try conversation but it doesn't change anything. I asked how a cookie taste, they said good. This is my opinion and probably not a big deal, but to me, they don't appreciate me coming there. They don't appreciate me spending my money. I don't have to come in there. A hello, goodbye and a little bit in between, is customer service. This is the south. Southern hospitality is what we call it and expect.

I have been the Mobile Insomnia location many times and I’ve never had any problems with service, which, from reading other reviews, has improved over the years.
My favorite is their brookies, but 9/10 they don’t have any. Tonight I came around 12:30 and they had some warm ones ready to go! Diarah, the shift-lead, was our cashier tonight and provided excellent service. Definitely above her pay grade 😉

Tried this place recently & was somewhat hesitant after seeing some of the other reviews. Our experience was great tho! It wasn't busy, the lady who helped us was very sweet & made some helpful suggestions, seeing as it was our first visit. The cookies were warm, gooey & delicious! It's kind of expensive, but as a once in a while treat, I don't think the prices are crazy. S'mores & snickerdoodle were my favorite, would definitely recommend!

We decided to drive over from Pensacola to get a cookiewich. We had a small wait but well worth it. The cookie was warm and amazing. But what was most amazing was the sweet clerk who waited on us. Her name was Jazz. She was the only one working and there was a line of people. She was efficient and just plain awesome!! I wanted to make sure to give her a shout out.

Came all the way from Pensacola to get insomnia cookies. Ms. Jass was absolutely amazing! Working her butt off to make an amazing atmosphere and service. She was working so hard! With a big smile on her face. I’m very impressed with the amazing service.

DON'T ORDER DELIVERY. Two people delivered my cookies and ate them. They looked dirty and smelled like drugs. Insomnia should do better at who they allow to deliver for them. Tried to call to have order rectified, no one would answer the phone. Ordered 8 cookies, didn't receive what I ordered AND the ones that did make it, had been shoved around and broken in the box. There was chocolate smeared all over the outside of the box and the seal was barely hanging on. ORDER ONLINE, PICKUP YOURSELF. These cookies are too expensive to trust with riff raff, ghetto delivery.
