Received our food. Ordered 2 #8s mikes way. DoorDash delivered, opened food, it was meat, cheese and bread. Nothing else. Called about 10 times. No answer. We bring our food back after paying door dash $50 to deliver. By this time I am very angry. The girl blamed it on a new person training. It doesn't matter if a new person is training. If you are standing by them training them things like this wouldn't happen. I asked for our food to be remade after driving up here, they remade, I also asked for a gift card because I do not think it is door dashes fault our sandwiches were made wrong, that we had to get out after ordering through door dash to not have to leave, or fair to the door dash people for me to get a refund through them and the dasher lose their tip. Take accountability for what happened, don’t blame it on a new person you’re in charge of. That’s the easy way out. The girl started cutting me off saying yes mam, you know the point where you're tired of listening to a complaint and you just want them to leave? In theory she did nothing wrong besides not listening and empathizing to a complaint all the way. She calls the manager and the manager or supervisor tells her she can't do anything else besides give us cookies for the inconvenience since they remade their mistake. That is not how to resolve an issue you caused at almost 9pm at night. I also witnessed her turn customers away because they had no bread (there was some bread left over, I saw it on the rack.) Turned the open sign off before “closing hours.” This isn’t the first time we have had mess ups ordering from here. Last time we got the wrong size sandwiches, I let it slide. I even prefaced with the young girl that I was angry, which I did not yell or cuss her, and I’m almost 9 months pregnant. Remaking our food wasn’t enough since the store also ran out of bacon and we didn’t even get that on there. Also the “I don’t have gift cards in the building and my supervisor said I don’t have to do anything else since we remade your food” is just complete garbage. I would like someone to call me about this to resolve the matter fully.

Very clean and service was swift and pleasant. The folks made sandwiches as if they liked sandwiches and they seemed like they wanted to be there. I got the #13 and it was a very good sandwich although the bread didn't taste noteworthy and it just seemed small compared to the other place I like
But this is closer so I will more than likely be coming here rather than the other high powered sub place

my husband and i came to eat dinner here and the girls working the front were so sweet to us! the sandwiches we got were the best subs we’ve had in our lives hands down! please consider opening a shop in Semmes! we would go there every day to eat! lol

When you order Jersey mikes on grub hub, ordered the big kahuna chicken cheesesteak and got a Philly cheesesteak…my husband said it’s good but I don’t eat beef so…

Three times in a row, this store has left out items I paid for. First it was fudge bar and cookie. Second time it was the 3 cookie pack. Third time left out chips. It's plain carelessness and poor management. I complained to headquarters and apparently they don't care either. I'm done with Jersey Mike.

I have tried to order from here multiple times and each time the order is immediately canceled. I called Uber Eats support and they do not know why as well. I have ordered the Philly sub with no custom requests.

Mike. It’s amazing how a great company can have one employee that affects the whole company. If I had never visited this place before I would never come back because of her attitude she was very disrespectful, very condescending and unwilling to help. And she’s an awful liar and said her name is Emma when stated on the receipt Brittany.
I hope you guys do better in sifting out contaminated employees. Would have dined in but ordered and left.

I have redacted my previous review . They have a new manager and she is johnny on the spot. Great sandwich,great service and her name isBritinay. My wife and I eat 2 to 3 times a week. She has restored my faith. We had quit eating there except for when Kaylee was there because, The food had gotten that bad. Kaylee was the only one who made it right. But now they have a new manager and she works hard! Kaylee works hard. These ladies now have a restaurant and food to die for thanks.
