I have redacted my previous review . They have a new manager and she is johnny on the spot. Great sandwich,great service and her name isBritinay. My wife and I eat 2 to 3 times a week. She has restored my faith. We had quit eating there except for when Kaylee was there because, The food had gotten that bad. Kaylee was the only one who made it right. But now they have a new manager and she works hard! Kaylee works hard. These ladies now have a restaurant and food to die for thanks.

I love the food but I wish they would teach these people about contamination. August 18th 12:30pm. No idea who the girl taking orders and making the subs were but she placed the dirty receipt paper in top of my bread? I've never seen that anywhere in my life and I've worked food service. If she didn't want the person doing condiments do get confused with the order in front of me she could've set the paper near the sandwhich not on top of the actual sandwhich?! That's wild. What do they do when the customer isn't looking if that's what they do in front of people.
I walked out while they were still working on the people in front of me. No sense in paying for food I was gonna toss.

Today is my birthday, and I just want to thank everyone at this location for being so nice. I got an email for my free sub, but it wasn't in my app. So it wasn't working! I was willing to pay, but they gave it to me. I don't have anyone to spend my birthday with, so this really made my day. Acts of kindness are rare, but yall prove their is still good people in this world. Thank yall from the bottom of my heart!

Maybe it’s me. Food here is never consistent. My main problem is the bread. I don’t know many people who go to a sandwich shop for hard bread but here we are. Today was one for the books. Came in, was the only customer. Asked for two cold as in not toasted or hot sandwiches. When they finished the first one and began cutting it, I noticed how hard it was for them to slice through the bread. It sounded like toast. I asked if the bread was hard and the young lady who cut it said ‘kinda’. So the other person cut a giant sized loaf to accommodate my regular sandwich and put it on top to replace the top bread. I asked them if they were going to replace the bottom, I was told that it wasn’t hard. They then asked me if I would like it replaced too. I said yes. For my second sandwich, instead of using the other half of the what we believe to be fresh soft bread. They pulled out a pre cut loaf. This was to be my sandwich. I was too tired to argue or stop them. Especially since they know I was not into hard bread. But when I got home, it was not very soft. And the other sandwich bread was chewy.
I have been a customer of jersey mike’s for years and across state lines. Super disappointing and I won’t be back to this location. They seemed mad that I didn’t want to pay $30 for two sandwiches with hard bread. They need to do better. I even tipped which I sincerely regret.

Went tonight and a GROUCHY RUDE HATEFUL customer was there and these girls handle it with the utmost professionalism!!!!!!! And my food was AMAZING....like always!!!!! Thank you ladies for staying calm and professional when you definitely didn't have too!!!!!!!!!!

Second time never coming back asked for big kahuna and watched them scrape my extra meat into the trash because they decided since they could not fit my extra meat on the sandwich they scraped the rest into the trash. 7/28/24 done never again other places to eat. I paid for extra and got scraped into the trash I watched them do it 5 pieces of meat 1 inch by 2 inch into the little tray

I always enjoy a good sub, and Jersey Mike’s on Airport Boulevard is as good a place as any. Food is always fresh. The inside is clean. In all the times I have been here, no staff member has stood out as exceptional. The service has always been 3-star at best. Sometimes slow, sometimes just not very friendly. Never anything bad, just meh. Today I went with my go-to sandwich, the Original Italian. My wife had the Club Sub. All in all it’s a good sub and a good place to get it.
