“The worker, Jehki, who took my order was VERY polite, friendly, and customer service oriented. I just wanted the unwich but she asked me did I want to add a drink, chips, or cookie to my order which I declined. She also asked me was I a rewards member and explained to me the benefits of becoming a rewards member. I had a short wait time while my order was fixed and I like the fact that everyone had on masks and gloves adhering to safety precautions.“

“Everywhere else had a line at 1pm, saw Jimmy John's open and glad I did. The guy at the drivethrough was so pleasant all the way around, and the experience was quick as could be. I don't normally review, but that guy alone deserved this. 8/14/23.“

“Looks new. Conveniently located in the hotel lobby. An abundance of seating also accessible seating. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean restaurant. Interesting and fun signs all around and even in the restrooms. Clean and accessible restrooms. Outside seating with umbrellas available. Has pick up ordering. I hope this menu is everywhere. I'll be back more often.

Vegetarian options: Last time I visited a Jimmy John's they did not have any vegetarian options. This time they had a few. I definitely won't wait as long to revisit.

Parking: Not much street parking. I think there's a paid parking garage close by.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair ramps to the sidewalks.“

“They were very busy with a catering order, but still took the time to explain menu options and make my sandwich. Very good customer service, very good food.

Dietary restrictions: I got the 'unwhich' option. Very tasty, and we'll wrapped at this location.“
