Jimmy John’s is exactly what you’d expect from a fast‑casual sandwich shop — simple, speedy, and dependable. This used to be my favorite Sammy shop but they have definitely gone down hill. And I don’t just mean this location. But my order today was really sad. My Turkey Tom had minimal toppings even for an original that only has meat lettuce and mayo that’s terrible. I mean that’s really bad for the cost. I also paid for a side of kickin ranch that I didn’t get. I mean what your charging at least put some meat on the damn thing and give me my ranch I paid for.

Went there twice last weekend, ordered on App both times, both times, the order was not started until after I arrived and both times, the person making the order, grabbed bread out of the day old bin. Sandwiches were terrible.

I work in the trustmark building just down the street and have multiple other places I could get my food from on my way to and from work However I always go to this Jimmy Johns because the staff is always so nice, they are always in good spirits and happy to see me. When I make my order on the app it is ready for me by the time I arrive and I am always greeted with a smile.
Recently this location has added a Dunkin Donuts creating a Dunkin/Jimmy Johns fusion location similar to a classic KFC/Pizza Hut of old and it is fantastic. Mike was very proud of the work he put into his presentation when I walked in to see the renovations and changes they had made. I am genuinely very Happy to see my favorite lunch spot reopen with the additional coffee/donut spot

I ordered the bacon ranch grilled chicken sandwich. The sandwich was good it was just I didn't ask for onions and they were on there also the bread was a tab bit burnt. Other than that the salt and vinegar chips were good. Check them out.

Unable to eat there on this particular visit. Location is across from the convention center and thousands of educations were released at the same.time and many descended there. Food is al ways great. I will be back next time.

Looks new. Conveniently located in the hotel lobby. An abundance of seating also accessible seating. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean restaurant. Interesting and fun signs all around and even in the restrooms. Clean and accessible restrooms. Outside seating with umbrellas available. Has pick up ordering. I hope this menu is everywhere. I'll be back more often.
Vegetarian options: Last time I visited a Jimmy John's they did not have any vegetarian options. This time they had a few. I definitely won't wait as long to revisit.
Parking: Not much street parking. I think there's a paid parking garage close by.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair ramps to the sidewalks.
