Looks new. Conveniently located in the hotel lobby. An abundance of seating also accessible seating. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean restaurant. Interesting and fun signs all around and even in the restrooms. Clean and accessible restrooms. Outside seating with umbrellas available. Has pick up ordering. I hope this menu is everywhere. I'll be back more often.
Vegetarian options: Last time I visited a Jimmy John's they did not have any vegetarian options. This time they had a few. I definitely won't wait as long to revisit.
Parking: Not much street parking. I think there's a paid parking garage close by.

Asked for mayo no mayo or packets. You eat a Dry sandwich. Cld store the guys says kinda laughs says oh I must have forgot. NOT A HARD ORDER!!! Last week wad told from one store oh we don't do cash anymore for deliveries. Found out it was a lie. Today I ordered online delivery. I should not have to call store and tell them please make sure everything is in the bag

Some people in here are rude, especially the manager, Blane or something. I saw at least two cockroaches hiding in a crevice. I had already ordered my sandwich so I just threw it in the trash when I left

They are supposed to be open right now. You can see the employees thru the window sitting down eating…watching customers confused about why the doors are still locked…
I love their subs!! They are my go to place to get subs when I don't feel like cooking and want something that's not fast food. And their pickles are amazing as well!!

Staying at the hotel this Jimmy John’s is connected to and we came by at 3:30 to grab a sandwich. The door connected to the hotel was locked, but the door coming in from the street was wide open. We came in from the street only to be told they close at 3 o’clock when their store hours say 5 on the door and 5 on Google.
