I paid too much money and not get the service that was do to me. The bread was so hard and the sandwich was salty. I stayed to fare to come back. I will not be back. Blessings to your Staff.

It has been over an hour & a half still no order. The store is literally 8 minutes away from my work. Don't order from this store, there is no telling when your food will arrive. Horrible.

We placed an order for 7 subs online at 11:00am to be delivered at 11:45.Our building is 6minutes away from this location. At 11:55 I called Jimmy Johns 8 times and not one of those calls was answered, also can’t leave a voicemail. The whole time the “tracker” shows out for delivery.At 12:06 a call at the location was answered and the employee stated that out order was “sitting on the counter and would go out with the next available driver”. I instead had one of our own employees go get the food bc we would in fact be freaky fast. Unlike this Jimmy johns location.I get being under staffed bc everyone is right now. But there should be some form of communication if food orders are going to be 20+ mins past the “delivery time”.

when i am able to get a sandwich they are great, but several times now i go into the shop and am told its going to be 30-40 mins ( really? for a sub) or end up waiting because they are making tons of on line orders. So someone who actually walks into your brick and mortar store gets screwed so you can make sure those are getting filled quickly. Im glad i haven’t seen the “ freaky fast” commercials for a while because that would be a lie. Boy ole Jimmy L. would be fuming right now if he knew how his stores are handling things.

I ordered for my boss and they took over an hour and 29 mins when they are .5 miles from me. When I called to check on it at 1:53 (ordered at 12:40), I was told there was two other orders “on the way” yet they are right down the road. Mind you, it’s only two sandwiches. I was told that the delivery driver was on the way and it would be here shortly. Sure enough… thirty mins later I’m calling again asking about this order. She seemed so careless by this appalling service. So we cancelled the order. They did not even void it and if they did, it was not communicated to me at all. She claimed they already dropped it off and couldn’t void it, but I was at the front desk waiting for the food… and I called before anything was delivered. When she claimed it was dropped off, it was not. They show up 10 mins later to retrieve the food… THIS IS THE SECOND TIME. Do not recommend. Ever. There is not enough emphasis on how appalling this service is. When the girl came to retrieve the food a while later, she literally expected me to drop clinic and patients to bring it back to her when I advised the front that it would be a minute because I’m in the middle of clinic. She then asked our receptionist “can’t you just grab the food” like no ma’am; she cannot. That is rude and disrespectful?? Asking someone to take my food because you can’t wait a few mins when you took an hour and a half… okay. Because your food is more important than patients? -10/10

Use to be good and a decent size but now apparently roast beef and vegetable are to valuable to give any to costumers. Really two slices of roast beef 2? WOW thanks Joe! "The Big Guy" should have saved 20bucks and made a bologna ?

This is a decent sandwich store. I like some store deli sandwiches better but this place is very convenient, fresh and tasty and staff are clean and nice and their prices are reasonable for good fresh made sandwiches.
