I didn't try the restroom but everything seemed clean. Greeted at the door and staff were all pleasant and attentive. The Gargantuan is the perfect sub and I have yet to be disappointed. L got the vegetarian which Is though was pretty sparce. It's just veggies and should be packed for the price. But it wasn't. But L was satified, so I'll go with her opinion not mine. Thank you!

This review has nothing to do with the sandwiches, services, or atmosphere at any Jimmy Johns. This review relates to the Chocolate Peppermint Cookie they feature as their December cookie every year. I discovered the cookie last year and was amazed!! I must have consumed at least 25 between the time they launched them and before the expired. This was handsdown the best cookie I've ever had. A very decadent brownie like dark chocolate cookie with chunks of the soft peppermints that melt in your mouth. I have been waiting all year for the December Chocolate Peppermint Cookie and finally ... finally it became available the weekend after Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, the cookie I fell in love has changed. The new cookie is a disaster. First of all it is made by Oreo and tastes like an oreo. The peppermints in the cookie are just as disappointing, tasting more like an imitation of a Peppermint. My heart is truly broken.
I ordered an unwich this afternoon and although the person making it did add salt and pepper like i asked they made it really small for 10 dollars and they did not even whrap it to where stuff wasn't falling out. This is my 1st time going there and it will be my last.
First time going and the food was okay nothing special.

Called in for a to go order after my meeting like I have several times over. The hours are posted but when I called my order I had to listen to Andre talk to me for 3 minutes about how it was almost closed and how far away I was. Told him that I was right round the corner then he tells me that he talked his manager Chase and he wasn’t going to lie he was closing early. What in the world I know it’s a starter job but my goodness.

Don’t bother placing an online order past 8:30 because even though they close at 9!! You will not get it. I know everyone hates the person to come last minute but your employees should not be walking out at 8:45.The man who answered the door was also very rude and unsympathetic when all I wanted to just to be refunded for my order. Kept saying we’re closed we’re closed over and over, I get it you don’t have to treat customers like they’re stupid. Horrible service. Will not be back to this location and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.
