Called in for a to go order after my meeting like I have several times over. The hours are posted but when I called my order I had to listen to Andre talk to me for 3 minutes about how it was almost closed and how far away I was. Told him that I was right round the corner then he tells me that he talked his manager Chase and he wasn’t going to lie he was closing early. What in the world I know it’s a starter job but my goodness.

Don’t bother placing an online order past 8:30 because even though they close at 9!! You will not get it. I know everyone hates the person to come last minute but your employees should not be walking out at 8:45.The man who answered the door was also very rude and unsympathetic when all I wanted to just to be refunded for my order. Kept saying we’re closed we’re closed over and over, I get it you don’t have to treat customers like they’re stupid. Horrible service. Will not be back to this location and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

Wife phoned in an order a few weeks ago; ordered 4 sandwiches, chips and drinks. Got the order home, we were missing one sandwich and had to go back! Not sure how they could have screwed this up because she said they repeated everything back to her. I went to Jimmy John’s website and left comments about the service I received expecting to get a reply. Never heard nothing back so we won’t be going back. ???

Freaky Fast? I placed and paid online and It's been 80 minutes and we are literally a few blocks away! They dropped the ball, we called 2 times on the Status and got a different excuse every time! Lesson learned!

Went by for a #6 on wheat and they were out of wheat bread. Unbelievable, should have gone to another store, but was in a bit of a hurry. Will for sure call before I go back! Sandwich is just not the same on white bun.

I've never been here before. The cashier was friendly and patient with me when I was figuring out what to order. I ordered the Cubano. It was pretty good. The restaurant was very clean. I would recommend.

The driver, Courtney, delivered my food to the wrong hotel (one of two across the street). She didn't even realize she made the mistake when I called to find out why my food was taking over an hour to be delivered. She was adamant that she got it to the correct place but she did not. Mistakes happen, but she then doubled down (I checked the address it was correct).And what's worse was that the manager this evening, Andres(?), refused to fix it. They left me stranded and hungry without food.If you order here and your driver is Courtney, you had better call to confirm it's going to the right place because they will screw it up and not even care about it much less try to fix it.

Review of Jimmy Johns 6920 Airport Blvd, Mobile, ALJimmy Johns is absolutely my favorite sandwich shop & I get lunch from this location at least once per week. Staff is always friendly but I am growing tired of my sandwich being made incorrect. I always order the #9 with no onions. 3 of my last 4 visits I have returned to my office and tasted onion on the 1st bite and had to pick the onions off and I can only tase onion when eating the rest of the sandwich. The last two orders I specifically asked on pickup if there were no onions & the answer was "Yes, No Onions" both times. It has happened when they are busy & when I am the lone customer. I am beginning to wonder if they make the sandwich incorrect on purpose. I have been eating at Jimmy Johns in many locations for years & I do not recall my sandwich being made incorrectly at any other location.They need to get this corrected or I will have to switch to Jersey Mikes. Not as good but at least I can watch them make my sandwich to ensure it is made correctly.

They were very busy with a catering order, but still took the time to explain menu options and make my sandwich. Very good customer service, very good food.Dietary restrictions: I got the 'unwhich' option. Very tasty, and we'll wrapped at this location.

Ordered online from them 3 different times and each time it took an hour and a half or more each time. Decided to give them a 4th try tonight and waited 2 entire hours before calling to see what happened to my order and they claim that they tried to call me 3 times to say they didn't have a delivery driver. But guess what! I never had a single missed call or voicemail from them and neither did my partner . I'm extremely angry as I had ordered the food for my partner at work who's unable to leave their place of work for lunches.
