We’ve driven through this particular location multiple times and had nothing less than a pleasant experience. However, last Thursday was the exception. Joseph took our order and kept saying What else? What else? What else? That communication already screams “I hate my job and I don’t want to be here!” At the window he stated the total $44 and some change for 4 sandwiches and nothing more other than saying what the drinks were as they came out the window.

Seriously, perhaps Joseph would be better off making sandwiches or cleaning toilets rather than customer service. Maybe he likes spending his hard earned money???? and getting that type of service???

Come on guys, you can do so much better than that and you have. Time for a switch up!

The staff is pleasant and helpful. The sandwich was good but I wish they had hot sandwiches. The side dishes are very small.Atmosphere is fairly typical for chain sandwich style.

Everyone is nice but my sandwich is never correct. I’m only adding things and they are never added. Or ask for them to cut it in half. Nope! Not gonna happen!

We love Jimmy Johns, I am not a fan of trying new things but my wife finally talked me into eating here and we will never willingly go back to Subway I have wasted so many years

Food poisoning

Me and my son's favorite sandwich shop here locally....

Everywhere else had a line at 1pm, saw Jimmy John's open and glad I did. The guy at the drivethrough was so pleasant all the way around, and the experience was quick as could be. I don't normally review, but that guy alone deserved this. 8/14/23.

Best, by far, Cold Deli Sandwiches. Beats all other sandwich shops. Of which I could name 4. Staff is always friendly, courteous, and consistent.- Rangeline Rd location. Kudos to the employees.

Always great food, wonderful service, and fast delivery from this location. I've ordered across the menu and never once had a a single complaint. That's rare nowadays and they deserve kudos and acknowledgement for such.

This used to be one of my favorite low carb places because of the unwich sandwich. I ordered the jj gargantuan unwich last week to eat after fasting from 6a-6p and only drinking water during my fasting time. Not even 10min after I ate the unwich I started itching and my stomach started having excruciating cramps. I started having hot flashes and extra saliva like you do when nauseated. End result…I had to sit on the toilet releasing diarrhea while throwing up in my bathroom trash can. I ended up going to the hospital and after tests was told that I had been food poisoned. All I had eaten was half of the unwich. The lab ran tests on the unwich that days later came back as the cause of the food poisoning. I called Jimmy John’s and spoke with a manager named Dalton who was very defensive, claimed the GM was going to call me back, && gave me a $20 store credit. I NEVER heard back from anyone and why would I need a store credit when I’m NEVER eating there EVER again! The GM would think that I’m being vindictive if I was to sue the store for food poisoning ESPECIALLY when the hospital lab results showed the unwich as the cause of my food poisoning.

This location is pretty consistent and good.

Don't eat there. The bread was stale and hard and they didn't have many toppings and condiments. They offered mustard packs and salt and pepper packs. They only have one choice of cheese and 2 breads. I love the one on airport, but this one is horribe. The staff seemed like they only wanted to do the minimum. Go anywhere but to that Jimmy John's. We took a bite or 2 of our sandwiches and threw them away. Waste of money and time. Will never go nack to that one.
