Jimmy John's

I went to grab myself some lunch on a week day. I was going to get the picklewich to stick with the diet I am on, but I was told that doesn’t start til next week. So I decided to choose an unwich (the lettuce wrap). They served me a whole wrap with brown lettuce... Pretty frustrating. I ended up just trying to eat the mess of the meat and stuff inside of it because I was so hungry, but it was very unappetizing.

Went today and after ordering we waited 15 minutes at the window and not once did anybody acknowledge us or even come to take our payment. I looked over and noticed an employee making sandwich’s with long hair past his shoulders dangling over the sandwich’s. You want me to wait 15+ minutes and then give me food with hair in it? (That looked dirty at that). I drove off and I won’t be returning to this location- or any jimmy John’s if this is there standard.

I've been getting the same sandwich for years, every now and then I'll branch out but I was getting the same sandwiche as usual. Homie took no pride in his work. Just slap everything together and as soon as its unwrapped everything just falls out like its McDonald's style.

This location need to improve on their customer service . They never ask if you a rewards member when checking out in the drive thru . They never provide napkins in the bag . And they still don’t have pepper jack cheese ???? Like really

I love Jimmy Johns but today was not great at all. I ordered on the app, went to pick up my order and had to wait at the window and then told to pull around front and wait. Everyone behind me in line left with food and then people that walked inside after I pulled in front got food. Still no order. I waited a total of 20 minutes and still have no food. I went in and asked for my credit card to be refunded and left. Hopefully they will. I will see this evening. Worst service ever.

We like it! Seriously - Jimmy John’s has some great sandwiches - and this is a good location. Of course, like just about everything else these days - the costs of things are becoming too much to deal with. But this is a good Jimmy John’s and they have some good food!

SANDWITCHES ARE GETTING SMALLER AND SMALLER ...IN A LITTLE WHILE WE ARE GOING TO NEED LENCES TO EVEN SEE WHERE THEY ARE. .IT IS RIDICULOUS

My first time eating jj, Brittany helped me find exactly what I was craving and informed me on so much about the menu. She made my visit super pleasant and she’s so friendly. My food was so good, Def will be stopping by again!

We’ve driven through this particular location multiple times and had nothing less than a pleasant experience. However, last Thursday was the exception. Joseph took our order and kept saying What else? What else? What else? That communication already screams “I hate my job and I don’t want to be here!” At the window he stated the total $44 and some change for 4 sandwiches and nothing more other than saying what the drinks were as they came out the window.

Seriously, perhaps Joseph would be better off making sandwiches or cleaning toilets rather than customer service. Maybe he likes spending his hard earned money???? and getting that type of service???

Come on guys, you can do so much better than that and you have. Time for a switch up!

The staff is pleasant and helpful. The sandwich was good but I wish they had hot sandwiches. The side dishes are very small.Atmosphere is fairly typical for chain sandwich style.

Everyone is nice but my sandwich is never correct. I’m only adding things and they are never added. Or ask for them to cut it in half. Nope! Not gonna happen!

We love Jimmy Johns, I am not a fan of trying new things but my wife finally talked me into eating here and we will never willingly go back to Subway I have wasted so many years
