This location need to improve on their customer service . They never ask if you a rewards member when checking out in the drive thru . They never provide napkins in the bag . And they still don’t have pepper jack cheese ???? Like really

I love Jimmy Johns but today was not great at all. I ordered on the app, went to pick up my order and had to wait at the window and then told to pull around front and wait. Everyone behind me in line left with food and then people that walked inside after I pulled in front got food. Still no order. I waited a total of 20 minutes and still have no food. I went in and asked for my credit card to be refunded and left. Hopefully they will. I will see this evening. Worst service ever.

We like it! Seriously - Jimmy John’s has some great sandwiches - and this is a good location. Of course, like just about everything else these days - the costs of things are becoming too much to deal with. But this is a good Jimmy John’s and they have some good food!

My first time eating jj, Brittany helped me find exactly what I was craving and informed me on so much about the menu. She made my visit super pleasant and she’s so friendly. My food was so good, Def will be stopping by again!

We’ve driven through this particular location multiple times and had nothing less than a pleasant experience. However, last Thursday was the exception. Joseph took our order and kept saying What else? What else? What else? That communication already screams “I hate my job and I don’t want to be here!” At the window he stated the total $44 and some change for 4 sandwiches and nothing more other than saying what the drinks were as they came out the window.

Seriously, perhaps Joseph would be better off making sandwiches or cleaning toilets rather than customer service. Maybe he likes spending his hard earned money???? and getting that type of service???

Come on guys, you can do so much better than that and you have. Time for a switch up!

The staff is pleasant and helpful. The sandwich was good but I wish they had hot sandwiches. The side dishes are very small.Atmosphere is fairly typical for chain sandwich style.

Everywhere else had a line at 1pm, saw Jimmy John's open and glad I did. The guy at the drivethrough was so pleasant all the way around, and the experience was quick as could be. I don't normally review, but that guy alone deserved this. 8/14/23.
