They are always so sweet, there customer appreciation and level of niceness is up there on Chick-fil-a level and then some! This is one stop you don't want to miss!“

“Tbh, it's rare that a coffee shop nowadays understands that flavored coffee should be COFFEE with flavor, not a syrup mess with a touch of coffee! Their flavored coffees are fantastic coffee with a bit of flavor! The smoked salmon bagel was great!!!!“

“The SWEETEST owner & staff! I haven't had loaded tea in foreverrr, due to a bad experience at a different shop in Mobile. But upon arrival, at Luxe, they had great suggestions and were so incredibly kind, patient, & thorough when I was asking about different options. Will definitely go back regularly! Highly recommend the Boss Babe w/Collagen!“

“Good for the most part. Quick service. Friendly staff. I come here very often. Only complaint is I always ask for a Plastic cup as they request but 95% of the time they forget and put it in a styrofoam anyway. I can't stand styrofoam. So at the window when I remind them I requested plastic after theyve made it, they unceremoniously dump it out of the styrofoam cup and into a plastic one in front of me. And I lose slight product as a result. Also just not a good look. Also, I order the same smoothie and size but the price is sometimes slightly different each visit for some reason. Great smoothies and lovely attitudes nonetheless.“

“The team at this location are top knotch. They took the time to answer my questions and help me find a new smoothie without making me feel rushed.
The smoothie bowls are fresh and delicious too.
Dietary restrictions: I stuck to a Gluten free diet. All of the smoothies and smoothie bowls at Smoothie King are Gluten Free.“

“Shift lead did an excellent job over the weekend. Managers were not available. Another store had sanitory issues from a male employee making drinks. Drinks were re-made here, done correctly and clean up to 100% food standards. Great customer service. Excellent drink preparation. Taste great!“

“I tried their smoothies the first time I went there. Then, I wanted to try their food, so I started with their flat bread items. They made my orders fast and they were so good. I haven't tried their breakfast items yet, but I will update when I do.“

“I visited the location at airport and snow today. I went inside for the 1st time as I usually go through the drive through. There were 6+ employees. My coffee could have tasted like a dumpster fire and I would not have cared because of how happy and kind the employees were. Every human in that building was happy to be at work today or did a 10/10 job at faking it. What a blessing to be that happy at work. Shout out to the owners or managers. I know how hard it is to cohesively get a group of people that happy to be at work and you guys are doing something right. Full disclosure-my coffee was delicious and not a dumpster fire. Contrary to the majority of humans,I will be back for the customer service-not the coffee.“
