Customer service is horrible! I tried to call in an order twice place on hold both times and the second time I was on hold for 5 minutes only to get hung up and when I called back he placed me back on hold without letting me speak!

Customer service was amazing! Nice young man I didn’t get his name but he deserves a raise! Chicken fried rice was delicious but it had a strong onion taste, using duck sauce helps masks that taste!

Are these people who reviewed paid actors? I literally just got a sandwich with a bunch of grilled veggies on it with hardly any meat and the meat had no taste. This was the most disgusting Philly I’ve ever had in my life

Just tried this restaurant for the first time after seeing positive reviews on Yelp. The cashier was very nice and helpful when we weren't sure what to order. It took a few extra minutes to get our food because it's fresh cooked to order and was worth the wait! The dining area was so clean and is wheelchair friendly! I love the bench seating along the walls! The only disappointment I had was the reviews raved about the ribs and they are no longer available. I got the Bulgoggi beef Philly sandwich with wings on the side and it was super good! The bread the sandwich is made with doesn't get soggy or fall apart which was a great thing. My husband got the lamb gyro and wings and was very happy with it. I'm definitely going back!

I hadn't had any wings in awhile so I decided to try K BBQ Bop. I've ordered food from here before but I couldn't remember the last time I went. The name of the entree I had then was B.Bop I believe. It was bbq beef and it was pretty delicious if I recall correctly. Wings are usually hit or miss. I've had Korean fried chicken before and I'm a fan. I ordered the dry lemon pepper wings online. It came with fries and a drink. When I came to pick up the wings the cashier was very welcoming. He told me that my fries weren't ready yet and I waited for only a couple minutes.The food was good. I can't say that the wings here were greater than your favorite spot but they weren't disappointing either. There was flavor on every wing which is really a plus compared to some places. Also, the wings weren't really greasy. If I really think about it that's not common at any wing place I got too. I'm giving K BBQ Bop 4 stars for their wings. I don't think they'll blow you away in terms of flavor. Lemon pepper is usually the same everywhere but the wings are not greasy. That counts for a lot. Also, this place is super clean inside. It looks the part of place you want to eat in.
Pretty good wings. Nice and crispy. I like that they have different menu items. Weird videos on the TV though.

For one, the young lady that was up front didn't bother to greet or ask to take my order. But instead, just stood there with a frown on her face. As I stood there looking at the over-head menu, she decided to take the person behind order instead.The thing is, I've eaten here before and the food is AWESOME. But on this day, 5/24/23 at around 11:45 am, the customer service SUCKED! And I lifted hungry. ☹️

Someone from Wild wing station needs to help them with the flavors properly on chicken. Ordered honey garlic pepper wings and it's horrible. Taste nothing but garlic, no honey just salty.
