Took over 30 minutes to get our food because they lost our ticket & the customer service was rude nasty & unprofessional. Served us wings so hard & burnt you couldn't believe or eat.

If you have any health issues like high blood pressure just don't eat lol. The drinks are okay you just have to know how to pick them.

This is a fun spot for the grown folks. They had a live band which was really great covering all old school songs. They have a cigar lounge and bar upstairs. I didn't order any food here. People were ordering wings and they looked good. Next time I visit I'll order some food. Drinks were strong and they weren't stingy with the alcohol.

It’s a family friendly laid back environment. The food is amazing and they provide a variety of food. The music was mostly R&B, soul, blues, and jazz. Definitely would go to

We were visiting in Mobile and was told by locals that this was a cigar lounge. We were charged at the front door not knowing there was actually a separate door for the cigar lounge with no cover fee. We didn't know it was all connected. We even asked the people at the door. They could have told us.

Greatest entertainment in the Mobile area, Marc and Sherry are the dynamic duet along with their staff.

This is the best lounge in Mobile! The live bands are excellent for a night of music, food and drinks. The atmosphere gives off a warm, pleasant vibe. The courtyard is perfectly decorated and another area to just chill with friends and enjoy music, drinks, food and the night sky. Having trouble getting a drink at the front bar? Don't worry, they also have another bar towards the back with a cigar lounge. This place is a 10 out of 10 and a gem to the great city of Mobile, AL.

We have been to Kazoola many times. We enjoy the music and the vibe. The staff at the door is always pleasant. Last night the person in charge turned the lights on around 11:30 (11:34 to be exact). Reminded me of being at teen night as a child. We thought they were closing and prepared to leave. Music was great but the lights stayed on literally the rest of the night. It was so odd and COMPLETELY threw the vibe off for the rest of the night.
