KFC in Mobile

“We visited from out of town and stopped in to pick up a few buckets of chicken for a party. We ended up ordering 2-12 piece buckets, 6 sides, plus biscuits. We received the large order quickly. The girls working the front counter were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant seemed very clean and well taken care of. The only down side was the side dishes were on the luke warm side when we sat down to eat them just a couple minutes later. I would absolutely visit this KFC again.“

“On the 4th of july after working all day I stopped at this location to get food. The 3 employees one being the assistant manager, were so kind . They had there hands full. It was very busy but the sweet and kind employees never lost the cool. Those 3 employees deserve something special for working that day .“

“Erika was in drive-thru and was very nice and personable. She was friendly in her speech and took the time to make sure my order was correct. She was super sweet while talking at the window (there were no cars behind me so she wasn't holding up the line.) Having great customer service after dark during slow hours in a drive-thru is a pleasant surprise. In large chains like this usually the food is consistent but the attitude of servers isn't always, and when they do try hard their efforts aren't usually recognized. Erika was great and her service should get some praise. (Also she has good taste in cat cards, ie my cat card)“
