Dont even waste your time or money going here. I had to wait more than 15 minutes for my food, and specifically asked for honey and 2 biscuits before paying, they even repeated it back to me and still never gave me any honey. And when I went back to get it, I was told there wasn't any. Had I known I'd get 2 dry choking hazards, I would've went somewhere else .

I was the only car in line at the drive thru, afternoon place wasn’t busy , I was told on the intercom it would be a 15 minute wait , cmon, all we ordered was a two piece chicken plate, every time we come here it’s slow as molasses in a blizzard .

Good was dry and old and seem like it been sitting for a while and service it was poor because everyone was in one spot pretending work and the atmosphere was with a bad odor smell of burnt grease restroom unclean was raining floor wet and needed assistance and the few was just terrible chicken french fries dry May God help this place

I grabbed some lunch from this location, and I just say the good was hot and fresh. I ordered a 3 piece crispy chicken with some mash potatoes, it was hot and good. Now my new go to is the chicken pot pie omg it was so good 😊 it was hot and the crust was golden brown. Now the pot pie is my new go too. It was a 10/10.

If I could do a zero star I would second time at this location and worst service ever! We was ordering after that she said she didn’t understand us!! She said pull up to the window she started raising her voice like we don’t know how to speak after that she took the order was waiting over 17 min and they came out gave order to another driver that just parked. Told them and they acted like we are crazy!!

Let me start off by saying I love KFC chicken wings. I always order 4 original wings with a side order,but this particular KFC on Springhill in crighton in Mobile Alabama .Everytime I go there they never and I mean never have chicken wings. I tell them I will wait for them to fix me the order and they tell me they have to sell the chicken that they have before they can fix wings. I ask for a Manager and the Manager tells me the same thing. I was blown away, this is about the 4th time this has happened over a 1yr period. On 5/18/2025 the young man at the windows was so rude when telling me he couldn't fix the wings even if I waited so I asked for the manager when the lady came to the window she proceeded to tell me the same thing and I said even if I wait for them,I couldn't believe it. After she told me that she just turned and walked away and the young man came and closed the window in my face. After these attempts, I will never go there again. I felt that someone should know. I think it's a shame when people mishandle a private business that doesn't belong to them.I know I'm not the only person that has been treated this way. 2850 Springhill ave Mobile Alabama 36607🥺

Pulled up to restaurant at 930… all the lights were off outside to deter people from stopping. I went by because my fiancé wanted a specialty pot pie . I was told they only had 2 legs. No reason I cannot feed my family while those people avoid working. I will never shop here again

The mashed potatoes were soupy, wet like, untasty, and they just looked bad. The chicken was bumpy like blisters hard and reallly bad tasting! My KFC was like that for 3 times straight from different KFC Restaurants. I'm having a rough time with KFC-getting bad food from 3 different restaurants, I'm taking a break-KFC!
