They are supposed to open at 10 a.m. but twice in the last month I have been there twice and they claim they are not ready for service, more than half hour after the posted opening time.???. Management should really look into this.

Went there to get food , the lady took my order wrong and because she took the order wrong she tells me I had to go all the way back around and wait in line with a horrible attitude all while rolling her eyes ... Who wants to give their money to a place like that so I canceled the whole order as she continued to roll her eyes...

Went through drive thru sat there about 10min before anyone asked me anything unfortunately nobody asked I drove up to the drive thru window young lady looked at me like a deer in headlights didn’t apologize for the delay nor did she even acknowledge me with a good morning smile or nothing brutal rude and unprofessional I asked about the chicken pie pie purchase it get back to my desk golden and brown without no sign of chicken in it smh kfc you guys have to do better these workers need training real bad on customers service

Never have any chicken ready! Always a wait on chicken. Today I was the only customer and there was a 30 minute wait on chicken I was told, so I left. It happens often. I go here often but if it continues I will stop. I went to Popeyes across the street when I left and was out in 3 minutes.

The food was burnt! The staff were not empathetic and used profanity. Manager told me theres no way my food was burnt or cold when i showed her the burnt food she was not apologetic. I could tell the remake was from the previously made chicken! Im disguisted by KFC! Ive given this KFC several chances and I will no longer be patronizing KFC! No stars deserved!

Went through the drive thru around 2:50pm. The girl say the window was extremely rude. The asked for a Mountain Dew sweet lightning and all she said was “ we don’t have any of that”. I was surprised but I left it alone. After I paid they told me to pull up into one of the empty parking spaces which I didn’t do at first because the truck in front of me who was also waiting pulled around the corner. After they moved another girl asked me to move into the parking space. After 7 minutes the same girl that checked me out came to bring me my food, and instead of telling me to have a nice day or anything of that nature she told me “next time it’s long like that just come inside” and rolled her eyes and walked out. Safe to say I’m not going there again.
Customer area desperate lake needs cleaning properly. The chicken tenders that you are not KFC chicken tenders. I don't know where they're getting them. They're sweet tea has no sugar in it., And the picture represents what my container look like when I opened it.

Okay, so I've been this neverending journey of finding decent KFC since the original recipe was leaked. I was in Florida this past Tuesday and came up on a pretty decent KFC in Gainesville. Today, I am back in Mobile and decided to give the local KFC a go! I know, I know KFC twice in a week. Anyway, I order the 3pc combo box with a drink and two sides. I got halfway home and opened the box. I can't explain my disappointment, but the u-turn I made was swift and intentional. Why would anyone serve anyone morsels of chicken, heck I've had chicken nuggets larger than this and this box cost me $13. Seriously, I can't believe this is the norm for this location. Especially, sitting across from Popeyes! Shame, shame, shame. The biscuit was larger than the chicken!!

I was doing some DoorDash. And I had to pick up a order from here. I stood there for 10 minutes before they acknowledged me. Both gave me dirty looks. This was around 12:30 lunchtime 9/06/23. I was told by DoorDash to come pick up an order. And they said they didn’t have it. Reported to DoorDash, because I’m not paying for it. Pretty sure it was racially motivated Also. Never coming back!
