Take out order KFC ON MOFFAT. RD IN MOBILE THE CASHIER TOOK MY ORDER. THEN SHE WENT TO FIX MY FOODSHE DID NOT WASH HER HAND DID NOT USE GLOVES. THEN SHE TOOK THE PAPER STUCK IT IN THE BOX. PUT IT IN THE BOX AND STUCK HERHAND DOWN. IN THE BOX UNCLEAN HANDS I ASKED FOR COLESLAW, SHE PUT GREEN BEANS IN THE CUP, REALIZED THAT SHE PUT THE WRONG THING IN THE CUP, DUMPED, THE GREEN BEANS TOOK A PAPER TOWEL.AND WIPED THE CUP OUT AND THEN PUT COLESLAW IN IT UNSANITIZED. THAT'S WHY I GAVE NO ⭐️ HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEED TO VISIT THIS LOCATION IN THE MORNING AND IN THE EVENING.and i seen other employees walking around with gloves on sticking their hands in they packet pulling on their hat with gloves on and fixing food just not clean. It's Good to go in a restaurant when you doing a take out to see how clean they are especially fast food.

The KfC historical picture is rotting with mold. The counter person seemed completely baffled by our order of standard items. Then AFTER ordering combos AND PAYING we were told that there were no drinks, so we asked for a refund for the drinks. 10 minutes later we were sure we wouldn't get the correct food and we were absolutely correct. Such a disappointment.

I went thru drive Thursday and the they pulled me up. Well, 4 cars came after me and I'm still sitting there. Then people went Inside and came out. So I walk in and she tells me I forgot I pulled you up. A 30 minute wait. Poor service

This has to be one of the worst KFC's in the Mobile area. I've been twice to the location in the last 6 months with the most recent today 8/11/25. Waited over 10 minutes before I left. You can see people in the back but no one to take my order depsite them looking directly at me and the rest of the cusomers at the counter. No one told us we will be there in a few minutes anything. The same thing happend last time at the visit, when I was told to order on the app next time (for dine in), then they got my order wrong. I understand being short staffed but today was beyone rediculous.

the women spoke only one time while on the drive thru mic and then told me to pull forward without finishing my order. she then handed my drink to me dripping mtn dew everywhere then handed me my card not looking and hitting the overflowed drink. then she told me to pull forward which is when i realized the drink she handed me did not even have ice in it. 1/10 experience, i am sitting in the PARKING LOT writing this, i am so frustrated with the lack of customer service and the lack of any basic social interaction u would have as a employee to customer

Chicken strips? Barely call them thst, closer to chicken nuggets. Overcooked rubber crap is closer. Biscuits were stale, only decent thong, my wife liked her cole slaw. 3 people was $30and we all had somethi g to eat within 2 hours because it was closer to a snack than a meal.
I just have one question? About the chicken pot pie or should I say potato soup ..it have very very good taste the crust on top is superb ..BUT what in the world happened to the Chicken!! There was absolutely not ONE PIECE of chicken in my suppose to be chicken pot pie????? Can yall please please just change the name from chicken pot to chicken soup .. this has happened to me for the third time I’m Done………. Unless I get a taste for potato soup then and only then will I purchase it again…smh…..
