KFC is awful! I ordered from them Monday they didn’t have one of the items that I purchased online so I told the cashier, “I would get a refund online.” I called the customer care number no help it’s been a week now still haven’t received my money!

I ordered a #3 mixed. Said I wanted it mixed every time she ask if I wanted original or crispy. After 4th time she asked me to pull up to window. I mask if they still do mixed to which she said yes and I said I wanted it mixed. She again asked if I wanted it original or crispy. I said to let me speak to someone that knew what they were doing. By this time I was angry. I see them laughing and finally a lady comes to the window and asks what I ordered. Again I say 4 pieces of chicken mixed and I did have my voice raised due to frustration and she snapped at me and said I didn’t need to shout. At that point I didn’t trust anything coming out of that place and left to NEVER return again.

Went to the drive thru yesterday - ordered a pot pie and a 2 piece. the two piece (both legs - did not have thighs) was not done. the outer was browned but could not bite into the meat - had to literally cut it and of course it was raw. The Pot Pie was overdone. The edges and bottom were crispy and darker in color the bottom had black burnt spots. I called the resturant several times but didn't get an answere at all I called this 1 800 call kfc and after holding for a while the call dropped. I called 3-4 times with the same result
