Rude customer service through drive through. I left because I could not trust my food would be made with care. Employee left mic on while talking shit with other employees and continuing to ignore my order at the drive through. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced in years and I live in mobile, so that's saying a lot.

Not sure what this crew that was working last night on Feb 8 2025. I showed up at 745 and and they said the didn't have any chicken. I mean the name of the restaurant literally has chicken in it. Like how???? Either way just another step towards not eating at any KFCs anymore.

Usually the foods good at this location. This evening they were out of sweet tea, chicken pot pies, dr pepper and who knows what else. Only 2 customers there and service was very slow.I ended up ordering their “bowl” and i would not recomend it. It taste like slop. 2 machines i could see from the counter were beeping and had messages on them that one said needs servicing and the other said it didnt have hot water. I kinda thought that was a requirement by the board of health but i guess its overlooked in areas like this. I waited about 10 minutes for the guy to refill the dr pepper and he never came back so neither will i.

Way too expensive and the service is horrible, the floor is so slippery it feels like somebody mopped it with grease. I will not be coming back

Wonderful customer service inside the store. I had made an online order and it timed out so I just went through the drive thru but as I was sitting there they said my online order went through. Online won't cancel my order and said they had to send it to upper management. The nice ladies that work inside the store went ahead and refunded the drive thru order and even remade my food bc it was cold by the time we finished with the whole refund issue. Thanks again ladies for your kindness and being so helpful.
