Wonderful customer service inside the store. I had made an online order and it timed out so I just went through the drive thru but as I was sitting there they said my online order went through. Online won't cancel my order and said they had to send it to upper management. The nice ladies that work inside the store went ahead and refunded the drive thru order and even remade my food bc it was cold by the time we finished with the whole refund issue. Thanks again ladies for your kindness and being so helpful.

My friend and myself went in to eat today. The food was so bad, we throw it in the trash. We could tell, we weren’t going to be able to get our money back. The floor had so much Grease on it, we were scared to death to walk to make our drinks. My friend sat down because she just had surgery, if she fell it would devastating. So I risked getting our drinks, when I get to the drinks, there was no diet at all, and i’m diabetic. Two of the other drinks were nothing but water. I’m only leaving this review because I don’t want other people to go in and harm themselves or catch some kind of bacteria from the food. This place honestly needs to be shut down.

Food was old. Kitchen sloppy the staff wasn’t even using gloves to prepare food . Floor was greasy and slippery never will eat there again only thing was hot on the food I ordered was hot was the Mac and cheese. Chicken and everything else i ordered was cold waste of money

I’m a door dasher there is 1 other person in this store meanwhile I’ve been waiting for my customers food for 25mins. Also there is nobody in line outside either. It’s ridiculous how long this place takes

I did not enjoy the chicken pot pie and my husband did not enjoy the chicken or fries. He said the chicken was not seasoned and the fries were terrible. He suffered through eating it since we paid for it. We haven't eaten at KFC in years and wanted to give it a try. Rest assured i will not be dining there anymore. This ia the second time in two weeks we did not enjoy the food. I'm done.

Came through drive thru and ordered 3 4 piece tender meals, got to the window was asked to pull up for fresh fries and my drinks. I Maybe waited 5 mins only to get home and tenders were extremely old and hard. Very frustrated and upset. Called back to make complaint only to be hung on after asking to speak with a manager on duty .
