The customer service was horrible, it was so bad that I didn’t want to spend my money there so I didn’t. The manager acted like he didn’t care about anything I was complaining about! I love only Krispy Kreme donuts. I really missed them being on Government St. That staff knew how to treat their customers.

If you're the owner of this Krispy Kreme you need to secret shop it, you're losing money bc your employees are horrible. I can't speak about all of them but the ones I've had interactions with clearly don't want to work. They'll ignore customers until their either rude or just leave.

Krispy kreme donuts was a borderline 11. That was YEARS AGO. Today they are just SORRY! Today they are way too expensive!! And this year's pumpkin spice has shrunk to half it's size. Miss the days we all went and sat inside and watched the hot donut line.

Me and my family have loved going to Krispy Kreme all of our lives, and never disappointed until the last few years. We are big fans of the chocolate iced cream filled. The ones we used to get were full of cream, then a few years back they started putting 1/3 the amount of cream inside of them. As overpriced as these doughnuts are they could at least give us what we pay for. We've given them plenty of chances thinking it was just an accident, maybe someone didn't fill them up right, but no, they are consistent with this now. I'm done with this establishment. Licking good doughnuts is far better and will continue getting our business. SHAME ON YOU KRISPY KREME!!! ILL NEVER BE BACK!!!

Even though they discontinued the traditional plain cake donut & do not offer dark roast coffee KK is still ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️because of their traditional glazed donut & chocolate covered crème filled donut. Their coffee is delicious, flavorful & not weak. They offer decaf coffee which tastes equally as well as the caffeinated. Being a coffee connoisseur ☺️you can’t tell them apart.
