I ordered the assorted donuts and choose which ones I wanted and Iām not usually one to complain but the Mardi Gras donuts I received was hard they were cold which I normally would not care but i knew as soon as I took a bite they were not made today and they were old. They didnāt taste good at all but the other donuts were pretty good and fresh.

Can't believe how bad this place has went DOWNHILL. Cream stuff puff was next to last bite when I saw it and the very last bite to taste it. Showed the lady at the register,she said oh I see it. They were cold like been took out of the cooler. I will not go back. Wasn't able to add photos or I would have. I could have got stale donuts at Walmart. Also the lady(girl) did make some fresh coffee at my request and she went over to the coffee pot there was liquid on the floor and I mean from the front of the store to the pickup window. Not just a little bit but all the way up the soles of her shoes. Made me just wanted to get my coffee and leave. And that I did. Thanks for listening to my experience at the Hillcrest Krispy Kreme .

When I went to Krispy Kreme, it was exactly how I remembered it the nostalgia was spot on, and I loved the smell of donuts. The only thing was that when I bought the filled donuts, there was barely any filling in them.

I love Krispy Kreme, but I live far, so donāt get it often.12/27/24 @ 6pm the drive thru was wrapped around the buildingā¦ because the lobby was closed. I could see employees inside and fresh donuts on the line although the hot light wasnāt on. Got to speaker to order, got ignored for a few minutes, and then their coffee machine āwasnāt workingā. Mmhmm. Got my 2 dozen, opened it in the car to demolish on the long ride homeā¦ only 11 glazed donuts in one box and both dozens were ice cold. Couldāve had a better experience with cold Krispy Kreme from a gas station.

Had a fundraiser order placed it online on Thursday, my email said someone woild contact me in 48 hrs never got a phone call. I called Sunday,they said something wrong with their computer system so she wrote the orders down and told me it would be ready Monday At 8:30, I get there no orders is ready. So they have to hurry to get it all together. They get it all together. Then they don't know what boxes are lemon or orginal or so on. I go to my car, open every box to figure it out, then after all this, 2 boxes was wrong. Horrible experience.

Google search, the KK website, and the app all have the posted hours starting at 6:00 AM. Driving out of my way from across town to bring doughnuts to the office I was left standing outside along with multiple other customers in view of the employees at 6:00 AM and still so by 6:15 AM.
The website suggested that if the lobby wasnāt open to try the drive through. I was Ignored there too, as was another customer.
I made a 20 minute drive to get there so I decided to see it through despite my dissatisfaction. I decided to place a Mobile order and eventually saw an employee begin to pack up a box. I pulled back into the drive through, and by 6:40 AM I was finally acknowledged.
However, it wasnāt until after 7:00 AM that I was able to depart with doughnuts. After all of that, they didnāt even have the blueberry cake doughnuts that I had already ordered on the app.
Krispy Kreme has a certain nostalgia. I have an appreciation for the product. But with an experience like today, I wonāt be surprised to see the last standing location in our area come to a close. I know I will not be wasting my morning hours coming all this way again.

I had not even opened the box before making this review. Now that I have, I reduced my generous 4 stars for food. These Santa and Grinch doughnuts look horrible. A 3 year old could do a better job. $25 for this dozen seems absurd.
During our visit it was very obvious that the restaurant was not clean. The side door entrance floors looked like it hadnāt been cleaned for several days. The table tops had trash and someoneās crumps left behind.I would have turned around and left but my elder friend wanted to take doughnuts home. Makes you wonder what goes on in the preparation area.
What can I say itās KRISPY KREME!! ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøšÆšÆšÆš¤š¤š¤ excellent!!

So I ordered a dozen glazed and an assorted dozen and I paid more for the special ones. Iām guessing they were out of a few but they didnāt inform me of that and when I got home they substituted them with original chocolate donuts (I donāt even like chocolate). Y'all could have at least substituted them with special donuts like I paid for instead of original chocolate donuts. And then I said Iām missing my 10 ct doughnut dots and the woman at the window was like did you want to buy some. I guess she didnāt even look to see what all I had ordered before she just gave me boxes.
