Be careful, a #1 here cost $18.57. I visited this location yesterday and ordered a #1 combo meal. The total shown to me was $9.28. I chose to pay with Apple Pay. Instead of allowing me to tap my phone myself, the cashier took my phone out of my hand and completed the transaction on the keypad.
I immediately felt uncomfortable with this, as customers should never have their personal devices taken from them to process a payment. Apple Pay is designed so that the customer maintains control of their device at all times.
When I later checked my bank account, I saw that I had been charged $18.57 instead of $9.28. That is more than double what my meal cost. I did not authorize an additional purchase, tip, or extra charge.

Used the drive-thru, food was hot, but nothing what we ordered. Cashier in the drive-thru was very polite, she was also cooking. Definitely a bad part of town, we had been to an appointment and just wanted something easy and convenient so we head back home.

On February 18 2026 this morning black lady that was at drive trew always have an attitude with different corsemers but this morning my mom an me atten ashes today at church we wanted no meet so I asked her at the drive trew tha my mom wanted an egg biscuit an cheese she all do just say wanted a biscuit with no me an eggs but what my mom wanted on there so she tuck her time when I had my next order 💔then what else mam wow what else an talking real low so I pull up an gave her my order she had half of her windows open on one side witch both sides works an roll her eyes at me I mam or you ok an she are you so she my orders an put money in my hands very hard so while giving my mom her change she ain't I have corsemers she aways rull I don't no more but there to make her happy my is 91 years old my said let be an pray baby to me so I fill thats bad 👎 service

I really used to love White castle, it took me several months of living in the south before I realized Krystals was the equivalent. My first experience at this establishment was decent and reminiscent of white castle... however I have gone back 3 additional times and the burgers are never hot or cheese fully melted. Fries never have enough or really any salt.
I ordered ahead online. Waited 20 minutes after arriving. My food was soggy and cold. The employees were rude. The building looks like it should be condemned. Avoid this horrible place.

I seriously don't know what magic is going on here. It is the most rundown looking Krystal, but the food is ALWAYS on point and the staff are ALWAYS super nice and chill. We stop here for a late night snack every time we come downtown and it never disappoints. I love you guys.
