I really used to love White castle, it took me several months of living in the south before I realized Krystals was the equivalent. My first experience at this establishment was decent and reminiscent of white castle... however I have gone back 3 additional times and the burgers are never hot or cheese fully melted. Fries never have enough or really any salt.

I seriously don't know what magic is going on here. It is the most rundown looking Krystal, but the food is ALWAYS on point and the staff are ALWAYS super nice and chill. We stop here for a late night snack every time we come downtown and it never disappoints. I love you guys.

Its was 3am headed to work, I needed a meal..the cashier was very nice and made my food fresh..asked for mayo on the side but I dont think she heard me,anyway it was hot n great..So Thk you sweetie That early I was expecting the Worst..but I received the Best I really appreciate it.. I came through the drive thru and ordered cheese Krystal's no onions and chili cheese fry. They actually made me fresh Krystal's without the onions . And my fries were hot fresh with plenty of cheese . Very nice lady at the window also. Best fast food I've had in a long while.

They claim to be 24/7, but do not be fooled, I work late hours and haven't been able to get food from this place in YEARS Just tried again tonight. They only have fried food available. Just shut down already please. I'm currently in the drive thru, please adjust your hours. They are not correct
