Sign says they are open 24hrs arrived at 4:50 no one ever said anything on the speaker in the drive thru sat there a few minutes then circled around waited a few more min and she finally said oh we are waiting on the register to come back up. Well that's all she had to say the first time!!

This has to be the worst krysals in America! I just went in , stood at the counter , 0 customers was there and they didmt even acknowledge me at all ,just ignored me. The food is usually trash there anyway

My order was completely wrong. I would give it a zero if possible. The level of incompetence is a little bit overwhelming. Came by there Wednesday about 7 pm. . Didn't find out until I got home and took the food out of the bag. The order wasn't complicated , 5 krystals and 2 fries.

I asked for the #1 with a lemonade. I was not asked nor did I ask for a large fry and drink. When I got to the window, my total was higher than I expected, but when this huge drink was handed to me it still didn’t click till I pulled off. They upsold me WITHOUT my permission. ⚠️Be sure you get only what you asked for. I realize it might seem trivial to some, but that’s an extra dollar out of my pocket that I didn’t offer.

I'm not a huge fan of Krystal's, but this one is really good. There's a young lady named Shavon who works there and does a great job! People always complain about the bad workers but she brings me and my friends back because of her good nature and hard work! Manager really needs to give her a huge raise! One time I was in there and only two people were working and when I ordered she did everything while the other guy just watched! I understand it's not super hard but at the same time he could have helped but she did not ask for it she just did her job! And it was really good. Huge shout out. She deserves to be blessed

I was very pleased with the food... It didn't take long... The chili cheese fries were hot the corn dogs were hot the cheese Krystal's were correct... The sprite like they just changed the filter... They deserve at 5star for the food and it was a delivery through doordash @930pm 9/9

Never even got to order and was told to wait. Came in at around 4pm on September 4th, employees were on their phones and waited for around 15 minutes and left. We were the only ppl on the inside and they were aware we were there. Worst Krystal's I've ever been to!

The drive-thru area need a good cleaning and a good scrubbing. Food was cold and drink was flat. My bread was wet on my sandwich french fries was old was not hot or fresh.

When I visit home Krystal Burger is usually a must stop by and grab some burgers but this time the fries were good and hot but the burgers were cold it ended up that could not eat them because they tasted horrible the quality of these burgers are just not what they used to be so that was money wasted because I could not eat it.
