Went thru drive thru, was charged 2.10 a krystal that was suppose to be 1.89 each. Then charged a Ops & service fee! What gives? Wont be back.

The service was okay. Not overly friendly, but fine.... I paid 32.00 for 12 cheese krystals and fries that were not even edible. I tried to call and get a fast busy signal. I've tried all of the local Krystals.. no answer or they refer you to some 346 number that can't take your call.

Newnan ga location needs attention . No trays food served in bag . No condiments drink dispenser disabled .i started eating Krystal’s as a child all the way thru highschool on Friday and Saturday nite in the parking lot with friends and hotrods galore. Forest Park Ga was known if you want to race go to KRYSTALS !!!! Who changed the fries anyway ??????? No chocolate milkshakes or donuts on the counters . Like everything else in life the older generation gets forgotten and their history erased .

Ordered a delivery of a sack full of cheese Krystals with bacon, junkyard tots, the pick 5 deal with three chili cheese pups and two pulled pork sliders, and two shakes. Received sack of cheese Krystals with no bacon, fries not tots with only chili, three chili cheese pups, and no pulled pork sliders or shakes. Tried calling the store but no answer. Called the customer service number and left a message. Haven't heard anything from them. I'm out $20 and can't get an answer.

Had eyes rolled at me when I couldn't decide quickly enough what drink I wanted while ordering inside. Maybe she was having a long double shift.

First time ordering from here. Thought it would be like a White Castle but disappointed in the quality of the burgers. My bun was squishy almost like the burger had been frozen and then defrosted in the microwave. Very light taste, not much in the way of seasoning. Fries were crispy but very low on salt or seasoning. We had asked for shakes but were told the machine was taken apart which seems to be common at the fast foods here. They don't want to set them up and have to clean them? Place was kind of dirty, crumbs on the tables and floors, and the tv was blaring which made it hard to have a conversation. Anyway, overall not worth going back even though it's really close to the house.

It was a mix up with my food as well as the price. After going through all that a waiting for so long, I got my food and a chicken sandwich was missing from my order as well! Just saying,so make sure you check your order/food
