My breakfast experience at Krystal was delightful. The menu had a variety of options to choose from, and I opted for their classic breakfast sandwich. Don't trust the hours posted on Krystal's website. They are incorrect and misleading. Drove to the 4110 Government Blvd. location twice just to find it closed both times. And, if you order online through their webside/app, but can't pick your order up because they are closed. Click their "Contact Us" and request a refund. Just make sure you put your order number in the request as well as an explanation for the request (restaurant closed, etc.). If I ever get the chance to visit the location while they're open, I'll update this review.
This was my favorite Krystals experience. The staff were polite and spoke clearly. When they brought us our food (in the drive thru) they made sure to bag each combo separately, AND made sure that we had exactly what was ordered before we left.

everything was horrible, food was cold felt like It had been re warmed fries tasted like they've been sitting there for a long time, they put a apple pie on my order making me pay for it when I didn't order it they've done this multiple times I've complained multiple times to the manager with gold in her mouth, she gave me attitude, Nat's was flying everywhere near the drink machine, my krystal was still pink, donut holes were very hard had hardly any icing to it, this is the worse experience Ive ever had, i give props to the baby girl i asked her name was destinee very respectful and patient young lady took her time, but other then that everything was horrible !
