Not only did I wait seven minutes in the drive-through for my order to be taken my order was incorrect. They forgot a main item and wanted me to go back through the drive-through after the manager who took my order got it incorrect. If I could give zero stars I would but the guy who gave me my food was nice And very polite.

Extremely disappointing experience at Crystal Burger.

I pulled up to the speaker box and waited — no one said a word. After sitting there a while, I said, “Hello, can anyone hear me?” Still nothing. I noticed a piece of paper taped to the speaker, but the sides were rolled up, so you couldn’t even read what it said. I figured maybe the speaker was broken, so I drove up to the window.

When the girl opened the window, I politely said I needed to place an order. She told me I had to drive back around through the drive-thru to do that. I explained that I’d been waiting and never heard anyone say anything, and asked why I couldn’t just order right there with her since she’s the one taking orders. She said, “Because we’re on a timer.” I said, “Okay, but I’m talking directly to you — can you just put the order in?” Her response: “Well, I’m not fixing to argue with you.”

I wasn’t arguing at all — I was simply trying to understand why no one communicated at the speaker or why I needed to drive back around for no reason. If someone had just said, “Hey, give me one second, and I’ll be right with you,” I would’ve been totally fine waiting. Instead, I was made to feel like I did something wrong just for trying to order food.

I later called to report the situation, thinking a regional manager should know how this employee was speaking to customers. When the regional manager called me back, she said she was actually there and heard the whole thing — and she took up for the employee! She said she did hear the employee greet me. Well, if that’s true, why would I have pulled up to the window if I had heard her? Clearly, there was a disconnect somewhere. And even if she did greet me, it’s completely unprofessional to say to a customer, “I’m not fixing to argue with you.”

The call was pointless, and there was no accountability for how I was treated. I will not be returning to this location, and honestly, I’d recommend skipping it altogether.

I don't know what I was expecting from the patty melt, but somehow I expected more. It was very dry somehow. No line at the drive thru but I still had to pull over and wait for my food.

I never leave bad reviews (check my profile) but was keen on having Krystal on a recent road trip and not eating here in 20 years.

Attempted to order drive thru and the employee’s level of contempt and anger towards us for even wanting to place an order was wild. Esp considering there was not another customer around.

Not sure how things are in Alabama but maybe this store needs to pay its employees better. Regardless we took off to QT where we met w employees who actually cared about their jobs.

Don’t waste your time here. What an absolute embarrassment of a restaurant. Never experienced anything like this is across 25 states or 30 countries.

I decided to order here because I haven't eaten from here in a long time and was disappointed. In short, I was overcharged for something that was clearly advertised on the sign and my order comes with cheese.. it must be invisible. I was refused my money back and told to call corporate.

I love Krystal, but this one is the worst I've ever visited. Rude employees, 20 minutes for a Krystal, and I was the only customer. Now I know why.
