I came in late last night from out of town to visit family and clean my storage. I was tired and hungry and hadn't had Krystal since I left Mobile. I figure last night before I checked into my rooms was as good a time as any. I pulled up at around 9:35 pm and the first ying I saw was the trash I the parking lot, people standing around, workers hanging in the parking lot. There is No lighting and the intercom has a siagn that says to pull to the window to order. When I finally get to the window, the worker that was previously outside with said people in the parking lot asked me what she could get for me like I was an inconvenience to her because I was hungry. She looks at me like I was wrong to even want to eat some damed Krystal's after spending 10 hours on the road. I told her her never mind and pulled off and went to Waffle House. The service was much better and I can see who is making my food. If the parking lot looked like it did last night ain't no telling how the kitchen or the restaurant looked. I don't want anyone with THAT kind of attitude touching my food at all. I'm pretty sure this will not be addressed, however, it needs to be known

They didn't cook our food it was cold, the grill was disgusting and they wouldn't refund our money when we ask after giving back the frozen cold food back. They stole my money 💰

Ordered a combo paid for my food and was told to pull up and she would bring it out to me. Brings my food out I leave and notice I'm missing my tots so I go back only to be told they are out of them. Ok could have said that when I ordered!! Oh and the manager isn't very friendly either!

Food: Ordered 3 dbl cheese Krystal's and a chocolate shake through the app. They pulled me to the white line beyond the window. They brought my food abt 7 mins later, then hit the road. The food was COLD, and the some of the outer edge of bread was HARD! What are y'all doing back there? Also, have the Krystal's shrink over the years?... They seemed way smaller!
Service: The service was great with a smile, she was so nice, friendly, and pleasant!
Atmosphere: There was so much trash on the ground, I kept running over things, sounding like cups or the Krystal's boxes, etc...

Terrible . Not too busy waited a little while. Didn't receive all of my order. Rude customer service. And the food needed to be thrown straight into the trash. Inconsistent temperature. Meat was ice cold. Or the bun was rock hard. . Had to throw most of it away or feed it to my dog. When will people wake up and shut these places down. There isn't even food in any of this garbage , why Americans think this is suitable for consuming?. It looks like a decomposed rat inside this meat like square they place inside a hard bun. Wake up!
