Worst fast food experience. Krystal use to be the pride of Dixie. Take pride in what you do. The fatigue is real dealing with these workers. Hire some high school kids

I’m here visiting from another state I came to eat at this place the guy with the dreads was rude attitude was nasty my husband stated to him that our order was in correct he stared at him like he was crazy and refuse to correct the order the young lady stepped in to rectify the situation I was already frustrated by the so requested my money back Thay young man has no customer service skills his attitude is nasty he Ned to be fired I come here often I will never return to this establishment as long and he is working there again this is they guy with the dreads the other guy that cooked he laughed I guess it was funny this place needs to be closed down

Service wasnt bad, drive through lady had good attitude, took a little longer than it should have getting food, and chilli cheese pups were cold. Double Krystal's were so smooshed they looked like singles. It wasn't busy.

No greeting, no receipt, and waited about 20 minutes for 6 cheese Krystal’s, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. Order was incorrect and burgers tasted like a greasy slob of bread (one was missing the meat). I really think it just evaporated on the ride home. Don’t waste your time on this place even if you have a Krystal’s craving. You will be so disappointed. The fries even tasted like shoe laces. Owners need to shutdown and revamp!

Asked for 5 packs of ketchup in the drive thru to go along with my 5 cheese Krystal and chili cheese fries and was given 3, asked for two more and they said the cant give out that many because they would run out. No napkins and no straw. Your telling me I just spent 14$ on this trash and can't get condiments. Absolutely Terrible

The entire experience was terrible. The lady that took my order was very rude, even though I said thank you many times to try to brighten her day. It also took forever and she was complaining about being busy, but there was only me and one other car in line and just a few cars in the parking lot. She complained the entire time!!
My husband and mother and I went in to eat and the young girl taking our order stood clear on the other side of the room to take our order then when my husband laid the cash on the counter, because she wasn’t even close to the counter the young girl said “ put the money on my hand”. She then proceeded to tell my husband that she finds it very rude that he would lay the cash on the counter instead of putting it in her hand. The girl was very rude and intitled acting. We went to sit down and not one table had been cleaned, the entire dining room is filthy.
