Terrible service, literally. They stopped us from ordering several times!! We waited and waited, and they never came back to the speaker. This place deserves 0 stars. We have had a few times before with terrible service and food. Trying to give them another chance was dumb on our part. Just shut this place down already.

Just terrible! I guess thereâs a reason there is never a line at the drive thru . I donât know which was worse: the food, the service, or the atmosphere? The food was cold, despite me being pulled forward in the drive-thru; my burger bun was grey and mushy! the atmosphere was cold and quiet; and the service was just disgusting! Nothing but rude and attitude! My drinks were handed to me messy as well! I couldnât even get bare minimum like ketchup or a receipt, after asking for one because their âsystem was downâ!! Never going back here!

I went to Krystal tonight on schilling rd mobile al and got home the food were cold I spend 20.00 for nothing and plus I gave them a tip. DO NOT GO TO KRYSTAL AT NIGHT BECAUSE THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE OLD FOOD THAT THEY HAVE BEEN HANGING ON TO I WILL NEVER GO TO KRSTAL AGAIN.

Wet bun, average coke, soggy meat and cold meat, worst part the fries they were below atrocious. I can definitely say without a doubt this place is dog water definitely needs to change into a Waffle House I for one am not happy with the service and I hated the tone the workers uses. Hope this helpsâŠ

I waited for 30 or so minutes only to get none of my food correct. They were horribly understaffed. Not a good business. Would not recommend.
If i order on the app and select drive through why would i be told i have to come in? Not one car at the window only to come in and get cold food that has already taped in a bag i do not work for any delivery service needless to say i would not go back it maybe small to some but its a big inconvenience to me

my boyfriend and i were craving krystal late tonight and decided to drive there at 2am since this one claimed to be open 24 hours. as soon as we pulled up to place an order at the drive thru, a rude dude told us they were closed and didnât open until 5am. doesnât make sense to be closed and have employees inside sitting around. super sketch and im sure theyâre getting paid to disappoint and decide when they want to work. ended up going to whataburger down the road instead.
Dietary restrictions: they didnât give me food which was a restriction. ended up going to whataburger instead.

Been eating at Krystal for 50 years. Worst experience I've ever had there. Cashier couldn't get anything about my order right. Seemed very confused. Ordered a bowl of Chilli, received a barley warm bowl of chili sauce with maybe 3 beans and no meat in it. I sent it back after telling them about it. They come to my table after nearly 10 minutes and with the same lukewarm bowl of chili. The cashier sat at the dining table and chatted with other co workers in between waiting on customers. None of the employees acknowledged or helped the customers with the exception of one youg lady with a Baker High sweatshirt on that was on her break get up from the table and got some ketchup for me. She was kind and helpful. The rest of the crew needs training or new jobs not working with public.
