A nice and quiet atmosphere with friendly staff. The chick Krystal's are great and chilli cheese fries are definitely better than sonic cheaper too. I loved it , my kids are happy, and my husband as well. Just a great experience!

When I get a craving for Krystal's, I order double cheese Krystal's mustard only and a chocolate shake, but they didn't have chocolate, (they had other flavors). They stated there would be a 10+ minute wait (to fire up the grill or whatever), which I don't mind waiting for fresh food!! They were lukewarm at best! How is this possible?!?My biggest complaint is the amount of onions still on the buns and the meat as well! From my understanding, they cook a large batch with the onions, then they scrape them off when someone asks for NO ONIONS. Why must they throw onions on there when NO ONIONS are ordered?!?

To be told at the order screen “to hold on” instead of,” how May I help you today?” really is very poor customer service. Honey, take my damn order then finish your phone call while it is being made. Put the phone down take my money throw the order at me and I will leave. Then continue your call. You can eat Chick-fil-A faster 30 cars deep then this crew will take an order. We all loved Krystal’s.

Drive thru open 24hrs? What days? Not on Tuesdays at 1 am when leaving the emergency room. Kitchen lights were on, but no one answered the drive thru.
