We get shrimp from here at least every couple of weeks and it's always excellent. We like to have them add a bit of spice to the shrimp, potatoes, and corn. I got some fresh redfish a couple of weeks ago to cook at home and it was of excellent quality. Y'all need to go see Buzzbait and co. and get some good food.
The small shrimp dinner was OK. It was too heavily seasoned and boiled, not my taste, but the quality seems to be there near as I can tell over the heavy seasoning. The Cole slaw was also spicy, which is OK, and salty, which is not, but rough cut with fresh dressing. I can't say it isn't above average. Overall, not excited.
Great local establishment with excellent food. The shrimp was great, the boiled potatoes and corn very flavorful, and the redfish dip SO good. Just for info, they have one table outside so if you are thinking this is a fancy eat in, you are wrong. It is definitely worth it though. Super nice folks! Very good prices too.
