They struggle to cook thicker steaks properly; ordered medium rare and they sent out well done twice. Server was really friendly but kept mixing a lot of things up and forgetting what we ordered. Supposed to be fine dining however my wife was missing half her silverware on the table.
Bill was $250 and I didn’t even eat. For that price you expect a certain level of experience and quality control but unfortunately they seem to be struggling with kitchen talent.
The servers were super nice and professional though and did their best to salvage the experience. I do hope they figure it out, and I wonder if maybe they have a new manager or something that’s letting things slip.

Only giving 2 stars because the food wasn’t as terrible as the service and atmosphere. Be prepared to spend at minimum 3 hours here. We were on a date night and were here to just enjoy each other away from kids for a night. All of our time here was not spent enjoying ourselves and hanging out. It was spent waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Not on food, just waiting for service. Anytime you needed anything: to order food, order a drink, ask a question… you’re going to wait 30-40 minutes. Our server bre seemed to be stressed even though there were multiple other servers also taking care of 2-3 tables. We were not the only table wondering why service was so terrible. The gentleman across from us also waited 20 minutes just to be greeted- which I give him props for waiting so long. We have heard mixed reviews and decided to give it a try and it will be our only visit. We were between this and Ruth’s Chris which we love to go to and sadly I receive better service at McDonald’s. Spending 300+ I don’t expect gold plated service, but service in general would have been nice.

We were really looking forward to eating at your restaurant for my hubby’s birthday. We got there extra early to take in the bar. We had a wonderful time with the bartender, Paul. He actually talked me into having the venison Osso Buco. We got to our table at the exact time of our reservation and it was all downhill from there. Service was spotty to non-existent and my venison was barely room temperature even after it had been sent back to be warmed up. There were no apologies, no offers to make concessions, etc…. My hubby’s waygu was good but cold after waiting for my meal to be straightened out. We ended up just taking it all home in a doggie bag. This was so disappointing on so many levels for all the money spent (a few hundred dollars for the 2 of us).
