“I went there on Tuesday around 5pm so there were quite a few cars in line and up front waiting on food. I waited for my food 20-25 minutes and people were constantly walking inside bc they were getting impatient. I wasn't too thrilled regarding the wait time but I wanted to brag on Shane. He was running around and working SO hard but still was extremely nice and apologetic to all the customers. He even came out to my car while he was running around inside the store getting orders together just to apologize and let me know my food would be out shortly. I wish I had cash on me to tip him bc he was amazing. The place seems to be understaffed especially during such a busy time but Shane made up for it. Man deserves a promotion for working diligently and with such positive attitude.“

“I've been going a little Caesars for a long time. I remember when certain people will work there the food was much better than other times. Sometimes it's not the company is the people that work there.

Parking: Dauphin Island Parkway the parking is not so good I hate who designed the parking lot you can go in and out Only One Direction and you have to have a go-kart to do it“

“The New recently added management is doing a fantastic job with making the much needed improvements they were originally tasked with. There has been a drastic improvement of quality, service, and especially cleanliness.im sure just about everyone thats lived in midtown/downtown Mobile has had at least one or more negative experience of a minor inconvenience that caused them to have to wait forever for their pizzas“

“I bought the 4.99 cookie brownie. Very misleading. The ad looked like this warm, soft brownie that "feeds 4." Yeah it's like a little Debbie snack that comes cold out the fridge. Look at the picture. The things worth a buck at most, not $5. I do like how your app order is locked in a warmer and when you get there you just scan in and it unlocks and you grab your order. So you can just grab and go, unless you order a refrigerated brownie lol.“
