I just moved to the area I ordered a pizza online. I pulled up at the window to pick my order up I waited at the window for 10 mins before a employee comes to the window rudely saying I'm not taking any orders. I Said hello I'm not placing I'm picking up and she didn't like that. She said what's your name i give her my name she said on hold. then she comes back to the window saying we don't have sausage nor bacon. I Told her just cancel the whole order. I thought If you don't have two toppings out of three why I didn't get a call or a email. And I ONLY waited in the drive thru 10 mins because I was blocked in. I will never come back to this location. It's the unprofessional for me I'm thankful for growth within myself.

They never have any hot and ready available. The employees act like they hate life and are pissed off that you're there. Barium professional ain't no numerous occasions it appeared that there was only one employee working at the time and if that is the case then I would understand why the employee would be in such a bad mood.

The New recently added management is doing a fantastic job with making the much needed improvements they were originally tasked with. There has been a drastic improvement of quality, service, and especially cleanliness.im sure just about everyone thats lived in midtown/downtown Mobile has had at least one or more negative experience of a minor inconvenience that caused them to have to wait forever for their pizzas

If there is 0 star I would give it i ordered through the app to get 2 cheese pizza as drive through pickup.
I spent in line for about 25 min and on the window another 20 min eventually I just got in with the most unwelcome lazy server in the world, she was so slow and moved like she was high .
Not to mention the pizza was over cooked and the server hands are dirty under her nails .
Disgusting I threw the pizza I couldn’t eat it

There is ALWAYS a long wait. For the last year, I have never received a pizza that was “hot and ready “. We get a plain cheese pizza that apparently takes them an hour to make. The females run back and forth while the males are either outside smoking or moving in slow motion. The staff has the nastiest attitudes with the customers and they never have the door unlocked. It’s drive through only and the line goes down the street. Do better Airport Little Caesars. 50 minutes for a cheese pizza and even when your order is ready, they won’t come to the door and deliver it to you. They say wait in the 10 car line of the drive thru
Drive thru system at this location is ridiculous. Crew kept taking orders and telling cars to "pull forward and park". Lot full of cars waiting over 30 mins for food. Unable to speak to any employees, as the door was locked and window was shut. employees were seen texting through the window and were not responsive to honks or waves through the window for attention. When we finally got our food, we noticed that the crazy bread topping had gone sour/ the Parmesan cheese was off and we threw it out. Won't be back here. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!
Ordered delivery, waited for an hour and a half and never received my order. They marked the order as delivered. The delivery driver wouldn’t answer the phone and the corporate people tried to call and could not reach them. I was in hold with the actual store for 20 min. I am diabetic and need to eat. I had time to wash and dry clothes in the time it would have taken to deliver my food. This store needs to do better. From the looks of the reviews, this store is not efficient

Pulled up to the drive through no cars.Were there?The young lady looked over and saw that my car.Was there another car appeared behind me about 3 minutes later?She never came to the window acknowledge.I was there or said I'll be with you in just a second sorrow or anything.So after five minutes of sitting with no acknowledgment I left and I will never go back.

This location always have one person filling hundreds of orders which causes a bad backup! And that person seems to get slower in filling orders because of it and policemen, nurses and others are late going back to work...please hire more help or close this locstion
