This was my third and final trip to get a pizza . The 2 previous visits , I was told it would be 30-45 minutes on both occasions. This last trip , I ordered online and unfortunately... Also paid online . After sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes, I went in for a refund because they literally refuse to open the drive thru window and acknowledge anyone , even though that's where I was supposed to pick the pizza up. Little Squeezers is off our menu for a while. The manager was very nice but definitely needs some help. He and another worker was doing it all and the lobby had at least 15 pissed off people . Send that man some damn help so we can have little Squeezers again 💔

last time i went, there were strands of plastic in the bread (i have a picture of it, and i contacted corporate but never heard back.) this time, i ordered a pizza with light cheese, well done. my pizza was still raw so i could not even pick it up without it falling apart. it was also the normal amount of cheese. i’ve worked at 2 different pizzerias so i’m not usually one to complain because i know how it is. but the lack of effort and the incompetence at this location is horrible.

This experience was just disgusting. There was a fly in our food. It was baked into our food. Like literally baked into our food. We can't even keep eating this order because we are scared to find Something Else we will not be coming back to this location. I just wanted to spread the awareness of this order.Because it's disgusting or some of the pictures you can see there.The fly was baked into it
Ordered a pretzel crust pizza online. Picked it up took it back to work for my lunch break. When I opened it the pizza didn't look like the way the pretzel crust normally does. As soon as I took a bite noticed it was wrong. Had pizza sauce instead of cheese sauce. Then I looked closer and realized what they did was take one of the pre-made pepperoni pizzas and put pretzel salt along the crust. The crust wasn't even the pretzel crust. I wasn't able to go back so I was stuck with something I didn't order. If you can avoid buying from this restaurant.
