Ordered a deep pan pizza and stuffed cheese bread on line. Placed my order at about 3:15 and was told that my order would be ready at about 4:05. I arrived at the store before 4 and fully expected to have to wait a few minutes. I waited and waited. Occasionally, one of the workers would ask me what I was waiting for. Every time, I was told that they were making my order. It was mass chaos. When the got orders out, often they were wrong. At least 3 people canceled their orders. One guy said that this store always messed up his order. Finally, after waiting close to an hour, (and watching people who came in after me get their orders) I finally got mine. When I arrived home and sat down to eat, I found that the cheese bread was undercooked. It was like a lump of dough with cheese inside. OK, I decided to pass on that and just eat the pizza. Well, the crust was also undercooked. If you like being punished, this is the place to order food! Personally, I will never set foot inside this facility again. Enter at your own risk.

We waited over an hour for our online order, missing food, and they told us they’ll make the one they missed waited another 30 minutes just for them to CLOSE !! AND NOT MAKE THE PIZZA absolutely ridiculous

Worst experience ever!! We waited an hour for our food we got there an order by 7:35 and didn't leave til 8:32. We went through the drive thru but they asked us to pull up front so we did. They served food to other people that ordered after us. We were looking for something quick an easy, this definitely wasn’t the right choice. The people were nice I will give them that but the fact we had to wait and hour for a hot a ready is wild.

Updating my review, after months of staying away from the store from multiple bad experiences, i returned and to my great and joyful surprise my online order was fulfilled on time, the food was great! They did not forget the dipping sauce, it was cooked to perfection and the employees had zero excuses. Looks like all new employees and management, South DIP its time to return! And support this fine running establishment. Can't wait to come back again!

i was told to pull to the parking lot to wait on my sausage pizza and that it would be walked out to me after ordering at the window .( this was only done because they didn’t want any cars over the wait time sensor). 25 minutes had passed and still no pizza. so i drove to the window AGAIN where i was then told it’s almost ready. i was also told to go back to the parking spot and wait. i then waited 25 MORE minutes only to go check again and be told that they were “trying to get my attention “ from the window so my pizza was sold. no one attempted to bring me my pizza as this is the most GHETTO area to order pizza. you can tell the employees don’t have their high school diplomas.

Always great service and good pizza.... 1/21/24- This little Ceasars started off so great. Apparently the management or owner changed, because it is terrible now. They are hardly ever open, they are never open and close according to the time on the signs, yhere is always some kind of an issue,and can't make pizzas today because they ran out of sauce. SMDH

This location is horrible. Very slow and they have bad attitude. Always have the door locked and never have pizza ready. Not even when yu order online and already have it paid for. You will wait 45-hour or more on pizza doesn’t even matter how many pizza you’re trying to purchase. Bad for business ??♀️

Terrible service. The door is never open. Young kids listen to rap music out loud. Waited in line for 27 minutes at the window for them to tell me it'll be 45 minutes for a pizza. They need to close that store down and let someone else open it up that would actually give service to someone. Not the first time this has happened. Every time I go there it's a bunch of riff Raff and no one is working and they are always out of pizza.
