if i could give a zero star i would. so a 1 star is VERY generous considering i sat here for over an hour. once i got to the window i sat for 30 minutes before someone even decided to come up to the window and take my order. the worker kept walking back and forth and would look at me through the window and would blatantly ignore me. after i ordered i waited ANOTHER 25 minutes before my food was brought out to me. both of my pizzas were ice cold. do not waste your time at this location.

Two times my family has waited 45 minutes to be served just 2 pepperoni pizzas, only to receive wrong orders. The last time I went (which will be THE last time) they just stared at us off and on for 20 minutes, not very busy until we left. Should be shut down or entire staff should be fired.

Went in and had to wait at least 10 minutes before my order was taken. Then was told it would be 40 minutes she said, there's only two of us here. So rude.. I placed my order, which was a supreme, a pepperoni and a cheese bread. left, came back 45 minutes later, still had to wait. Got home and I should have just ordered a onion and bell pepper pizza. Because we couldn't even eat it. So many onions and peppers and then the pepperoni pizza had maybe 10 on it and cheese bread was lacking cheese. For the amount of money I spent, I deserved better.. and Better customer service.

This store is by far the absolute worst in Mobile, Al. Not only did we call in the order for 2 sausage & 2 pepperoni pizzas upon arrival we waited a hour and a half to only be told that we had to wait an additional 15 minutes on top of that lol. ATP REFUND PLEASE. Get it together, corporate should really be ashamed of this place. Horrible service.

I'm very disappointed, I waited 30 minutes for my pizza, one of the 3 was cold and old. The other 2 were undercooked, I would have went back but I was tired. The young lady working was sweet though. The under cooked pizza also ŵas flimsy like the dough hadn't risen .

I ordered 1 pepperoni pizza and it took 40 minutes for them to bring it out. I had to sit in my car and wait 40 minutes even tho I was the only one there. Being on a time crunch I walked in to ask them what the deal was and that I needed to go and I saw the employees playing around instead of making my order. Terrible service. Terrible atmosphere. Step it up guys, we can do better than that!

I used to work at little ceasers and I helped them out at the window and I did a good job the costomers said that I did a great job and the manager said that that wasn’t my job what will happen if they lose the costumers and there stalkesgo down and they shut down I was trying to provent that from happening and I didn’t even get a thank you for helping them

I waited almost 15 minutes for my pizza it was burnt when I got it home I was tired so I was going to just eat it my daughter ate a piece and as soon as she bit into it it had blonde hair baked into my cheese when I took it back to the store I was told the person who made the pizza was a black woman she doesn't have hair there was two managers there and neither one of them apologized or said a thing to me I was tired from a 13+ hr shift at the hospital I often come there but I will never go here again which is sad because the location is so close to my house and my daughter loves the pizza.
