This location could really use better management, they have no idea how to run it always a very long wait time nothing is ever done when it’s supposed to be, we placed an order online, waited 10 minutes to leave our house went to Taco Bell to get other food for family member and it took us 30 mins there came to pick up our pizza that said it would be ready by 8:03 we got here at 8:35 and guess what it’s still on the oven 😂 REALLY??

Staff has improved recently, there just isn't enough of them. 3 people on a Saturday night is not enough. They are working fine, just overloaded. Management or owner needs to step up their game.

Horrible service the girl at the front didn't know what she is doing had to hand my receipt to someone else because she didn't know how to read the order number and she was constantly on her phone very rude other customers ordered wings with pizza only to tell there they were out after she waited for the order I've been to many little Caesars this is by far the worst horrible staff horrible management and I don't like to do this stuff but corporate needs to do something
I went to the one on airport and snow after 20 minutes of waiting was told sorry hun we has a rush and going to be another 45 minutes from Gm who was beyond rude. My girls and me passed a few pizza places to go there because we could get peperoni pizzas fast. Never again would rather pay. more since long waits and get better pizza ?
Look like they drop my pizza, didn't notice until I got home. Toppings was missing lol, crazy bread was cold. Call in my order and I waited 20mins on my food once I got there. I left my house 15mins after I called. I live 5 mins from this location. So a total of 45mins

This is the WORST little Caesar’s on the planet. I placed an order around 4:30pm to be picked up at SIX. My husband goes to pick it up, the pizza is not only not ready, but he has to wait 30 minutes. Then they proceed to forget our supreme pizza, and did not offer a refund but offered a plain pepperoni or cheese instead, which is not the same cost as a supreme pizza ($14). Turns out, they DID HAVE THE CORRECT PIZZAS the entire time! They sat in the dang warmer for 20 minutes because their employee was completely .. what, incompetent? I have no idea
I will say, I took the pizzas back and complained and the manager was very nice and did his job to make it right.
My breadsticks were the size of legit fries. And hard as could be. Disgusting. I saw the 2 stars and still had hope. Bad choice

Bradley was very sweet, and accommodating with my order. Atmosphere was great, service was fast, and the food was well prepared. Give this man a raise!!
I wish I could give a zero. I literally placed an order went to pick up and the lady was acting like she didn’t see us she was sweeping. The times say they close at 10. I pulled up at 9:30. This lady turned off the lights and closed the store. She could have at least let us know they were closed she walked back and forth and I know she saw our car. ALLLL the little Caesar’s in Mobile especially Cottagehill, and hillcrest has went down hill. They have no good customer service and I don’t understand why they still falsely advertising hot and ready no pizza is never hot and ready.

This location was doing great. Now they are slow. Hot and ready is about 10 minutes. They run out of products but only tell you after you pay. Then you have to get a refund. They don't refund just the one item. They refund the entire ticket, and then you have to reorder the other items that were on your ticket. It has happened to me and two others that I know of. It's normally cheese bread that they are out of.
